It's my third time here to this hotel and I like it simple but comfortable enough, just above one of the line 2 metro station and also right in the middle of Gangnam area and Coex Before it was little complicated getting there due to some road construction in the area but now that they are progressing with that and kind of finished soon, it is really recommended to stay here. From my visit one year back or so, there is also a (I think just opened) sushi restaurant at B2 open till late and it's high end and very convenient if you are out for meetings and you tired and need to eat without leaving the premises. Also they have a steak restaurant at B1.

2nd time staying here, this time for more than a week. Location is excellent, right next to Coex Mall and above the metro serving Line 2 and Line 9. A couple of Starbucks and some 7-11s, a foreigner-friendly pharmacy and plenty of food options within a short walking distance (other than what's at the mall). Bedding is super duper comfy, water pressure in the shower is strong, room was quiet. Price point is pretty good for a hotel of this quality at this location.

Room size is on the small side, you might feel cramped due to the layout. I had to rearrange the furniture slightly to create more space at the work desk to be able to comfortably sit in and step out from the chair, or to reach the wardrobe in the corner. But maybe it's just my room type. If you have a luggage larger than 28", when opened it's going to occupy whatever little floor space is remaining. Currently, the area outside around the hotel is undergoing massive construction, with multiple road diversions, so expect some noise to a certain extent (including night) especially if you open the windows. Also the traffic is less smooth due to the same reason.

On 2 separate occasions we needed to store a large amount of luggage and the staff were able to accommodate us. The rooms had very comfortable beds and climate controls. The entire hotel and rooms were super clean. I loved the amenities like the refrigerator, water kettle, cups, silverware, coffee and teat packets. There was even a laundry room and (small) gym. We didn't eat in the restaurants but they looked nice. Oh, I also loved the provided robe, which was so soft and comfortable. Lastly, the location was amazing for restaurants, shopping, access to transportation (subway and car services).

The rooms were quite snug, I must say but we managed and the design was excellent for the space allowing for a desk, storage area and shelving with mirrors, etc. in convenient locations. The lighting system was a bit awkward to use with the master switch and various switches but we figured it out. Check out time was challenging as the elevators would get very full and slow. Overall, these were minor challenges.

It was very close to COEX and the elevator to get to the below ground access for COEX and the train station is just steps from the front door of the hotel. I have physical disabilities and this made things much easier for me. There is also a great espresso bar in the lobby. The hotel is less than 100 feet from some great restaurants as well. Everything you need is close.

The rooms are very small. Our room had loose bathroom floor tiles. There are no in room clothes irons, so I had to go to the basement laundry room to iron my clothes for my meetings.

The hotel offers basic facilities and it’s nothing really fancy. It somehow feels like a business hotel with the most straightforward amenities and nothing excessive. However, I really enjoyed my stay there. The room was spacious enough and clean, the bed comfy, and what I really enjoy is that there are outdoor benches, chairs and tables outside the hotel. A 7-11 is only a minute walk away. It’s nice to just be able to get snacks and drinks, and have a place to chill that is not inside a hotel room. I didn’t include breakfast into my stay, but because of the proximity of shops (COEX shopping mall is about 5-10min walk away) I got my breakfast/lunch with ease. If it’s coffee you want that goes beyond the limited offer inside the room, the hotel seems to operate a small coffee shop on the ground floor. Samseong train station is about 30 meters away, which underground passage takes you to the COEX malls which offers plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities. The lady who cleaned my room is super sweet. I always have my do-not-disturb sign on cause I don’t need my room cleaned every day, but she knocked on the door anyways (maybe because she thinks I got the sign on by accident) to make sure I have enough water in the fridge. I’m grateful, cause I totally needed my water refilled daily in my fridge. That was a good call on her behalf.

When you switch on the bathroom light, the ventilation comes on automatically and can’t be switched off separately. It’s pretty loud. The door of the bathroom is a frosted glass sliding door, so it’s not really soundproof. I usually like keeping my bathroom lights on at night in the hotels I stay at. But can’t really do it here because the vent’s noise keeps me awake.

The hotel is in a good position if you need to be in the south part of Seoul, or if you travel for conference at the COEX center, like I did. From there it is 8/10 minutes walking. Metro stop steps away, and 3 stops from Gangnam district. Everything else that is touristic attractions in Seoul though requires a trip of at least 45 minutes by metro, to get to the other side of the river. The hotel is basic but very nice modern rooms, very clean. Amenities OK. The bed was very comfy. 24h reception. Coffee place right in the hall to buy coffee/scones.

A bit noisy at night (on the main street), but not unbearable. The gym was incredibly small and very basic (2 trade mills and one machine, some weights).

Modern, very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Loved that the bathroom had a good shower instead of a bathtub & had enough space to move about in. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping the room fresh & clean everyday. Hotel is located near COEX & is just a few steps away from Samseong Station (Line 2) which made it convenient to access other parts of Seoul. Hotel provided a top quality area map of Seoul indicating tourist sites & complete illustration of subway/ metro lines.

Located far from other major tourist attractions but its proximity to the subway makes it convenient to get around the city. Found the front desk staff lacking in warmth & hospitality.

The best was one guy at the reception that every morning was waiting for me in order to help with address of my customer, calling a taxi and writin gme down all address in Korea. It was great help

if I really have to find one negative point: the bar of the Hotel was closed after 18:00 so when coming back from the business meeting it was not possible to enjoy a cofee or a beer.

The beds were excellent. Very quiet rooms. Awesome view. Very central. Staff was always helpful. Would definitely stay there again. They‘ve raised the bar for Korean hotels. Really good value for your money. Can recommend. Would GLAD again.

Breakfast not included in the rate. But that’s only a minor detail. The Paris Croissant Café right next to it was really good.

Location is great. They helped keep our luggage for a few days as we went to Busan in between our stay. Housekeeping staff are always nice.

Most staff at the front desk are ok. They’re helpful and polite. I just wish they could be warmer and try to go the extra mile for guests like me who have stayed at the property numerous times. I wish there is a local food restaurant option at the hotel.
