**Booked for 9 nights in the Family Suite room Location was impressive--no need to go far to enjoy breakfast at a cafe or a late night snack (hotel is in the same area/building as GS25 and a food court filled with korean food goodies and a good tasting pizza brand. It was nice to spend an afternoon at the Insadong area where so many activites can be had, there's an alley that stretches for more than a few blocks filled with cafes, entertainment and quiant shops. ARTIST bakery is just a few steps away too. It's a sister company of London Bagel. Bread was amazing. Be ready to queue though as it is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. -Water pressure in the shower was great -housekeeping staff were very helpful and cleaned our room well -Water dispenser and ice dispenser located in the 14th floor was superb -Laudry area where we could "steam/dry clean" our jackets was excellent! - Locker storage for bags, weighing scale for luggages all provided for. Great service and facility offerings!!

The family twin suite room only has 1 shower with bath and 2 toilets. It was difficult to move with 3 adults and 1 kid in the room, taking a shower in the am and pm took most of our time. The Quad Suite would be best for 4 people. It was not available during our stay and am also not sure if it has 2 showers. Things lacking in the suite: hooks for towels/jackets, a full-length mirror (hard to do fit checks)

The location is good, a lot of good food & it’s easy to pin for kakao taxi to go anywhere we wanted. Price is good. Service is good. Triple room bedroom even gave us 2 hair dryers instead of 1 and they gave us 1 extra pillow each as per request. We had a happy stay 🤍

Can only stick to 1 mineral water per pax per day. But that’s ok. We went to convenient store and buy a few bottles to backup.

Every time we asked the staff for help with things they didn't do much to help. Examples - we asked about checking in a few hours early by email and were just told no. They didn't mention there were lockers available for luggage. We also asked about turning on the AC in our room but were told no again because of the season. But nobody mentioned that fans were available until my wife suggested it. Lastly, some hooks or shelves in the bathroom for towels would be very helpful.

I had an exceptional stay here and visited for 10 nights. I'd definitely recommend this hotel (and the other Nine Tree Hotels in Seoul). ROOM: The room is spacious and clean, with thorough room cleaning done daily. I was also impressed with how quiet the rooms were. The bed itself was really comfortable, there was a smart toilet (seat heating, a bidet, automated flushing, etc) in the bathroom, and I was beyond comfortable during my stay. I also LOVED the toiletries - the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were amazing. FACILITIES: The WiFi was always fast. I made use of the luggage storage on my last day (free for 12 hrs) with no issues. The coin-laundry services were one of the reasons I chose this hotel - there are washers, dryers, and they're all reasonably priced. There are also enough machines that I never had to wait for other guests. STAFF: All the staff I interacted with were professional and kind. For instance, someone swooped in to show me how to use the detergent vending machine (for coin laundry) and when I accidentally locked myself out of my room safe, they sent someone up within 3 minutes to help me. The room management staff were also very kind, always greeting me and wishing me a good day when we passed in the halls. LOCATION: The hotel is situated on Insadong's main road - a perfect location for any tourist as there are loads of traditional stores, restaurants, and tea houses to visit. Public transportation (metros) are also very short walks away, making the hotel a great central place to stay.

Loved this hotel for a long stay in Seoul. The twin room was spacious, clean, beds were comfy, the view of temple, city, and mountain was also beautiful. The staff recommended keeping the blinds closed when out as it can make the room hot so we did that. The AC at the time (early May) was very good in fact was pretty cold at some points. The free storage lockers were really helpful for storing bags before check in and after check out. Hotel also has a small gym and great laundry room with instructions on how to use. You have to take two separate elevators to rooms but it wasn’t that bad, never had to wait long. Lastly, location was great near subway lines and walking distances to many cafes, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Highly recommended this hotel, I would stay again!

The location is excellent for history buff like us. We visited Gyeongbokgung Palace in the morning, walked back to the hotel to rest in the early afternoon and avoided the big crowd, then headed back for the evening visit of the palace. It also helped when we tried to get the tickets to visit Changdeokgung Secret Garden, which was impossible to reserve in advance. Artist Bakery and Onion Cafe are close by. We could easily beat the crowd by getting there at opening time. I also want to thank the cleaning crew for doing a wonderful job and gave us a spotless clean room to welcome us back after our sightseeing.

The sink is located outside the bathroom which means there’s no place to put your clothes - both dirty and clean ones. I had to put them on top of the toilet seat cover which is slanted. I also took a look at the breakfast and found out the bread choices were poor and the coffee machine doesn’t offer cafe latte. Even so, it costs $27. No thank you, there are plenty great coffee in the neighborhood and just five minutes’ walk away, you get delicious egg muffin at Paris Baguette.

We stayed in the large family room for 6 nights which was comfortable for our family of 5. Our two older boys enjoyed the bunk beds and kids' area. We were happy that the room had a small fridge and microwave as we were travelling with my baby. The room had a living area for the family to hang out after a long day of touring. We liked that the hotel itself was within a shopping mall and a 5 mins walk to the trendy Anguk area where there are lots of cafes and also easy walk to Ikseondong Hanok village, Changdeok gong, Gyeongbukgong. Location is really fantastic

The service was cold and no-frills. They cannot help you book restaurants or call a taxi to the airport. The part that annoyed us the most was that the rooms only had paper cups for the sink and paper cups for the mini kitchenette. Not very practical as the paper cups start to disintegrate.

Everyone we spoke to at the front desk were polite, extremely helpful and spoke english well. Housekeeping staff were also very polite and cleaned well. The hotel has a mural in the lobby of suggested restaurants to visit and their recommendations were stellar. The coin laundry room on the 12th floor was very convenient because summer meant sweaty clothes. We had to dry our clothes twice (and pay twice) though but thankful for the option nonetheless. There’s a lounge on the 5th floor where you can get coffee and water from 7am to 11pm. Early check in and late check out is at a great value of KRW 1,100 per hour, max of four hours.

The hotel is a very nice location. The building itself has a ton of great restaurants, a GS25 convenience store, and it's next to a fun street with a lot of souvenir shops. There's so much to do around the area. It's definitely built up for tourists, but it was fun! While I do not have kids, I think it's also a great spot if you have young children. There was a Miffy exhibit, and they had a table where someone was making and stamping dalgona. It just seemed like an overall very family friendly place. Also, the staff was so nice. They'd either come back later for housekeeping, or if I didn't need a full cleaning but just wanted a new towel, they were so accommodating.

The room was clean, tidy and beds were comfortable. The location was perfect; we were able to walk to subway stations and buses to easily commute around but the food and shopping options just downstairs were equally good.

There was a laundry (washing and dryer) room and the system relied on people coming back to collect their clothes promptly which didn’t always work. It meant others had to wait for long periods of time (up to 2hrs) before a dryer was available.
