Hotel was located less than 5 mintues' walk to the Euljiro 3(sam)ga metro station and is also close to the Airport bus station, making it a convenient location for access to different parts of Seoul or beyond. The hotel is located just outside the heart of Myeongdong, so there's easy access to where all the action is but is also quiet and away from the bustling crowds in the shopping district. The hotel staff are nice, especially the housecleaning ahjummas who greet you in the morning when you see them along the corridors.

Breakfast selection was good. Bed and pillows were really comfy. Bathroom was a decent size (my son had so much fun at the tub). Hotel location a major plus since it’s in a quiet neighborhood but quite near Myeongdong shopping street, lots of restaurants, and the subway. Oh, we also had a view of the Namsan Seoul tower from our room, and it was rather nice. 😍

Perhaps extend breakfast time a little to 10:30 or 11 to accommodate late risers :)

The staff were attentive and resolved the room problems promptly. The air conditioner in our room was not working, but the staff promptly arranged a room change and even offered a complimentary snacks and drinks as an apology.

The location takes 15-20 walk to shopping street..😊

You can enjoy quiet living there, and no more than a 10mins walk to the most famous shopping area Myeongdong.

The hotel and room designs do not match the latest trends and it needs to have a renovation within 3-4 years to keep it competitive.

Big beds, great breakfast, location, convenience store on the ground floor, plus friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms were very nice and the staff was super helpful and nice whenever we had questions or problems. They spoke very good english. Inside the hotel there is a convenience store where you can buy drinks or ramen to eat in your room, since each floor has a refreshment area (microwave, hot water, etc). The location isn’t exactly the center of Myeondong, but is bordering it, saving you from the noise and crowds. They have different pillows in case you don’t like the one they put by deffect.

We spend a bit extra money to have a higher quality room with views to the city. Our views were a construction site which started at 6:30/7 am. When we asked to lower the category of the room to avoid the noise and having the shades constantly closed they only offered us to pay even more, since the hotel was almost fully booked. It was disappointing and we ended up having our curtains closed all the time and wearing ear-plucks. Avoid the Sky Double Room…

It was a lovely hotel in a great position.

We stayed in a couple of different rooms because we extended our stay in Seoul. In one room the heating was stuck on 27 degrees and the staff couldn’t reduce the temperature and sent us a fan and told us to open the window. The power point where we needed to plug in the fan didn’t work. This also was a problem for charging phones etc.
