Absolutely Nothing at all

Resort had everything and staff were warm and friendly. Restaurants offer diversity and excellent food. Pools and beaches exceptionally clean. Really excellent attention to detail.

Only that you have to use Sharm El Sheik airport which is disgusting.

It was one of the greatest stays we’ve ever had. From the airport transfer on arrival to the moment we departed, every second was filled with comfort, luxury, and the exceptional care of the highly professional Four Seasons team. A special thank you for the suite upgrade — the room was absolutely spectacular. Spacious, impeccably clean, and wonderfully comfortable. The view was stunning, and the atmosphere was both peaceful and sunlit. The beautifully landscaped grounds, blooming with flowers and trees, made us feel like we were in paradise. The hotel’s vast territory offered more than enough to enjoy a full week without ever needing to leave. The restaurants and bars were exquisite, offering a great variety of delicious options. And SPA! Just in love with it. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience — we can't wait to return!

Literally nothing to mention.

The breakfast was really nice. But the new restaurant Bullona was amazing. It was like you are not in Egypt. The service was really good and cannot be compared to any other restaurants in the resort. Also the food was amazing and the vibe was really nice. Only restaurant in Egypt that had actually good food and you felt like you are having dinner in some fine dine restaurant in Europe! Very good job. The beach area was nice and we really like the newer part of the resort!

Unfortunately some part of the beach areas are not working. It would be great if they add some food/snacks also to the beach bars!

If you are the type of person who is willing to pay for good service, congratulations, this will be your paradise. The quality of the food here is high quality and healthy, I just so happy that I get to order fresh juice anytime and anywhere. The service was so good as there will always be staff to help at any time. One day we came out of the beach and were about to go back to the room. We were thinking whether we take the tram or golf cart as both were fun. A gardener working in the flowers suddenly stuck his head out and asked if we were lost. It gave me the feeling that any employee of this hotel was there to serve guests, no matter what kind of job they are, which is a great feeling! We stayed here for three nights, and when we left, my husband said that he would stay at the Four Seasons Hotel wherever he went in the future.

The hotel is beautiful, the garden is amazing, large rooms and comfy bed. The beach is nice with a beautiful coral reef and thousands fishes All the staff is very attentive and polite despite not all of them speak English

I stayed for 5 days and the funicular was not working. We had some issue at the check out and after a detailed check we found that some expenses were charged for 2 times. The breakfast was quite ok but not as you could expect from a 5 stars hotel, specially Four Seasons.

The service is most thing that surprised us it’s extremely amazing specially at the beach and pool. The housekeeping super visor Mr. Samir was so gentle and helpful and his team are professional. All four seasons staff were professional and so friendly. Golf car service was indeed helpful and all the drivers were so friendly and nice with my family. Food in the resort was great very good breakfast. Security is controlled, safe. Taxi available outside all the time. Location is good near the airport and 20 minutes to the old market by car. This resort is the best staff service I have ever seen in my all experience for hotels and resorts. Room was perfect and bed was comfortable, bathroom is fully equipped. Luxury resort. Fast checked in and out. Everything was just amazing in this resort. Will come again for sure

Diving centre doesn’t has more attractions like the most important in Sharm el shaikh which is Ras Mohammad you have to book it from out side the resort. However, it’s not a big issue.

While the Four Seasons is already a globally renowned brand, our stay at their Sharm El Sheikh property still managed to surpass every expectation — truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, and the views of the Red Sea were absolutely breathtaking. Every member of the staff went above and beyond — warm, attentive, and consistently delivering world-class hospitality that made us feel genuinely cared for. The resort grounds are stunning — beautifully manicured gardens, majestic palm trees in every direction, and several pristine beaches, each offering its own unique charm. Exploring the property by golf buggy was such a fun and relaxing way to take it all in. We found it hard to leave our room — serene, spacious, and with a balcony view that was pure magic. The team graciously added an extra chaise lounge for us so we could fully enjoy the sea view. Breakfast was a standout experience. With multiple venues to choose from, each with its own ambiance, we were spoiled for choice. A special thank you to Christophe Laplaza, Head of Food and Beverage, who recommended we try a new venue for breakfast at Yatai restaurant. It was a serene and scenic delight — fantastic food, tranquil atmosphere, and impeccable service. The gluten-free options were impressive, and the fresh fruit selection was vibrant and delicious. Each breakfast spot had its own charm, and the quality was consistent throughout. Snorkelling just off the hotel’s beach was a highlight — crystal-clear waters, vibrant coral, and marine life that made for an unforgettable experience. We also went on a snorkelling excursion arranged by the hotel and were lucky enough to spot dolphins — a truly magical moment. All in all, this was a serene, luxurious, and thoroughly enjoyable stay. The Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh continues to set the standard for excellence — and we can’t wait to return.

The only small downside was that snorkeling gear and life jackets were not complimentary — something that would be a thoughtful addition given the caliber of the resort.
