‏I wanted to share my amazing experience at your hotel. It truly has everything you could need, making it so easy to relax and enjoy. The renovated rooms are fantastic, the cleanliness is top-notch, and the rooms are spacious. The housekeeping service is excellent. Snorkeling at the beach was a blast, with beautiful coral reefs. Plus, the daily programs for adults and the kids' club are both excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Unfortunately, the food was a major letdown. The quality was so poor that it was hard to find anything enjoyable to eat. It really needs improvement. We ended up relying on pizza, which wasn't even that good. I hope the hotel considers changing the chef or finding a way to enhance the dining experience

Absolutely Nothing at all

Resort had everything and staff were warm and friendly. Restaurants offer diversity and excellent food. Pools and beaches exceptionally clean. Really excellent attention to detail.

Only that you have to use Sharm El Sheik airport which is disgusting.

Mr. Mado and Mr. Rami at the bar created not just drinks, but experiences — always with a smile and attention to detail. Mr. Hani on the beach was phenomenal, always making sure we were comfortable and cared for. Norhan & Fayroz at the concierge are simply exceptional — always ready to assist with grace and efficiency. And special thanks to Islam Malah from guest service, whose kindness, dedication, and attention made this stay truly unforgettable. You don’t just feel like a guest here, you feel like family.

The Setting & Atmosphere The resort itself is a masterpiece — nestled on the shores of the stunning Red Sea, with breathtaking views in every direction. The architecture and landscaping are exquisite; every path, courtyard, and terrace is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained. The sea views from my room and from around the property were truly picture-perfect, especially at sunrise and sunset. Service & Staff What truly elevates the experience is the exceptional staff. Every single team member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless — and always with a genuine smile on their face. The warmth and hospitality of the staff make you feel not like a guest, but like part of a family. It was one of the greatest stays we’ve ever had. From the airport transfer on arrival to the moment we departed, every second was filled with comfort, luxury, and the exceptional care of the highly professional Four Seasons team. A special thank you for the suite upgrade — the room was absolutely spectacular. Spacious, impeccably clean, and wonderfully comfortable. The view was stunning, and the atmosphere was both peaceful and sunlit. The beautifully landscaped grounds, blooming with flowers and trees, made us feel like we were in paradise. The hotel’s vast territory offered more than enough to enjoy a full week without ever needing to leave. The restaurants and bars were exquisite, offering a great variety of delicious options. And SPA! Just in love with it. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience — we can't wait to return!

If you are the type of person who is willing to pay for good service, congratulations, this will be your paradise. The quality of the food here is high quality and healthy, I just so happy that I get to order fresh juice anytime and anywhere. The service was so good as there will always be staff to help at any time. One day we came out of the beach and were about to go back to the room. We were thinking whether we take the tram or golf cart as both were fun. A gardener working in the flowers suddenly stuck his head out and asked if we were lost. It gave me the feeling that any employee of this hotel was there to serve guests, no matter what kind of job they are, which is a great feeling! We stayed here for three nights, and when we left, my husband said that he would stay at the Four Seasons Hotel wherever he went in the future.

I stayed for 2 nights The resort exceeded my expectations Everything was wonderful , The room that i stayed in, the comfortness, cleanliness , the location and view and also the quietness The staff are very welcoming, friendly and cheerful Special thank to Mr Tharwat, from the reception Who's is always initiative for help from the time of check-in till the checkout He facilitate our stay and made sure that our stay was pleasant and comfortable without any disturbance Also I would like to thank Mr mohammed the lifeguard in the snorkeling area near Waha for his help and guidance and for his explanation about the fish types which was very informative And not to forget to thank Mr Emad in breakfast restaurant ( I hope the name is correct) One small suggestion, adding a small pool slide for kids wil add more joy
