Everything was good. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was great, with a good variety of options to choose from. The pool was also fantastic – perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Overall, everything was good, but if I had to mention something, the rooms were maybe a little bit small. It didn't affect my stay too much, but it could be a bit cramped for longer stays.

Great location, great facilities, excellent service, all round a great place to stay and a great experience for the whole family. Moni was great at the front desk really took care of us as was Maria in housekeeping always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. All the staff at the pool and sports facility as well as all the amazing and wonderful restaurants and spa. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Abu Dhabi without any hesitation. Thank you all for making our stay so wonderful. We can't wait to visit again soon.

This hotel was just wow! Spotless clean, amazing and helpful staff, many facilities. The room was equipped with anything you need for comfy stay - cosmetic, slippers, iron and ironing board, safe, fridge, free water etc etc etc....Wifi working very well. 10 stars rating is not enough 😁 Location is amazing - connected with Abu Dhabi shopping mall. And try one of their restaurants!

property is next to a mall..Breakfast was great and staff in Essence restaurant were all professional and helpful.

kept informing housekeeping to clean up the bathroom as we booked our stay with a baby— meaning the washroom stinks up easily because of dirty nappies, but no one came to our room.. ended up using a dirty washroom until we checked out.. quite disappointing..

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi. The hotel is clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, right next to the mall and close to everything. Big thanks to Usman Ansari and Ammad for their kind and helpful service — they made our stay extra special. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was great with lots of tasty options. We would definitely stay here again!

When booking, it was stated that a free airport taxi would be provided. Unfortunately, this was never arranged. However, this was an offer from Booking.com, not the hotel. We contacted the hotel, and they responded quickly and professionally, but Booking.com did not follow through. We have no complaints toward the hotel — their service was excellent.

The hotel really makes an impression - from giant entrance hall to cozy, spacious room with a great view. Big number of restaurants with world class cuisine - very tempting to dine in hotel only, instead of going out. There is also a direct entrance to Abu Dhabi mall, so all the shops, cafes and big market are accessible without going out to the summer heat. That was a big plus for us, travelers with 3 small kids. Staff is super friendly and professional. And most importantly, hotel has such a nice, relaxing atmosphere that it really adds up to the quality of your vacation. Can't recommend this hotel strong enough.

The pool, the beach were very nice. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Room was spacious.

I booked the room for the sea view, but it was misleading. Partial view it would be an overstatement. Just buildings and in the distance a little bit of water. I didn’t experience the great service others were describing. For me it felt very basic, nothing special. I have stayed in other places where the service was truly impeccable. Maybe because I was a solo traveler and they treated me different.

The room was spaceous, modern with vomfortable bed, and a balcony with a beatiful water view on Cleveland clinic Abu Dhabi. The breakfast was great variety wise and place wise. The receptinist Aws was e,tremely helpful and friendly.

The parking process is a bit of fuss, to wait for a person to open the barrier every time to park or to leave with the car. Slso the paking place is small and can be full sometimes, with no enterence directly from the parking to the hotel but rather to walk out side the parking to go tbe the main enterance of the hotel to get inside.
