The overall peace, friendliness of staff, initial condition of rooms, comfort of beds,and the distance to my businesses. For others, very close to restaurants, two malls: Crabtree & Triangle Town Center, as well as, Public transportation - Local bus #1 & 15L (leave hotel to the right at parking lot exit - follow the road to the BP station and there is the stop for the number towards Triangle Town Center Mall with plenty of restaurants and shopping along the way. Can also get off and transfer to another bus for Walmart Supercenter; Exit parking lot to the right and follow out to the main road where you can catch the 15L in either direction for more.) Late arrival for my reservation due to flight issues. Arrive early the next morning as a late check in and had to pay an additional $20 as an early check in After thought, I paid $201.83 for a two night stay instead of the three initial nights. I would like reimbursement and my deposit has yet to be returned.

Compact, great for a night. Had warm tone light bulbs

Shower door allowed a lot of water to come in the floor out of the shower

The location. Even though it's right off a main highway it's a fast track to town. There was an included breakfast and the room had a good size mini fridge. Room was clean. Room was a decent size but small bathroom.

To be honest there's not much I didn't like. However a few things to mention. 1st the bathroom fan in our room did not work. 2nd the plug in sockets on one side of the bed also didn't work. And last the lock to help secure the door was also broken. Not the main lock but the latch style look. It was really loose and broken from door.

It was quiet.

Not enough parking spaces. Yes there was parking on the other side of the building I did not feel safe having my car on that side of the building. Expand on the breakfast items. Please check expiration dates on items being served for breakfast(muffins). Buy fresh pastry items for breakfast. Make sure there is enough coffee to last the entire breakfast time.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to where I was heading. Clerk that started at 3pm was helpful and polite

We arrived between 2:15-2:30pm Clerk on duty (clerk #1)at that time said early check in was $25. When I went back in at 2:55pm the new clerk on duty stated the early check-in ended at 2pm. Didn't know about the 50$ deposit (which was returned promptly)

Everything was very nice and clean very Comfortable..Breakfast was good only thing it want any Breakfast meat but Everything thing else was wonderful thank u I will be bk great job to all staffs.

One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Great coffee. Quiet area with lots of trees/shade around the property and a relaxing, dedicated smoking patio out back with tables and chairs so those who do not smoke do not have to deal with smoke next to the front door. Excellent price. Clean property with ample parking and accessibility to many nearby locations of interest. The staff went above and beyond in every way! Thank you, Mike, Mario, Marie, and Jonathan for your friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism. I look forward to seeing you every time I stay in Raleigh!

The room was great!

Didn't like the area the hotel is located in. I didn't feel safe which has a direct affect on my sleep. in addition to the hotel being right by the highway and you can hear the cars and truck driving by. That disturbes your peace!

OVERALL WE LIKED THE HOTEL; CHECKIN STAFF DID NOT TELL US ABOUT THE BREAKFAST; MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER SIGIFICANT SAID THE BRKFST DIDNT LOOK LIKE MUCH. BUT THAT WAS OKAY WE WENT TO THE WAFFLE HOUSE WHICH WAS ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE HOTEL.

This was the cleanest room we have stayed in for years! The girl who checked us in was so wonderful. Breakfast was nice. Beds were firm and very clean! I was able to walk around in my socks and they were clean after.
