Very close to Nationals Park for the concert I attended - easy walking distance. I have multiple food allergies, so I appreciated the kitchenette.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived at 8pm. I had to wait for over 20 minutes and there was no way to call/alert anyone. The valet parking was at the curb on the street and dangerous getting to with traffic. The morning that I left, I waited over an hour for the valet service to retrieve my car. With only 2 attendants working, it took quite a while to fetch everyone’s car. There was supposedly an app, but it wasn’t working, only no one told the people waiting. Instead a line formed and the people would just show attendants their number. The people who had been waiting the longest were patiently waiting on the app to alert them and but the people in line got taken care of first before they realized what was happening

We loved the location of the property! Just up the street is the main gate to Nationals Stadium. It was within short walking distance. Staff were absolutely fabulous. Especially loved Debbie, the front desk associate!

My one and only complaint is that the AC in our room never reached the desired temperature. The heat outside was brutal but even after keeping our blackout curtains shut the room never felt cool enough. After arriving back to our room after our concert we were too exhausted to request a different room or to have the AC looked at. I’m glad I travel with a small fan and thankfully our room had a ceiling fan.

Very good location, in front of a metro station and with many cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, convenience shop and other facilities around. The room was large, clean and comfortable, with a good sized kitchen. A good cooked breakfast (buffet style). Most staff were friendly (special thanks to Debbie - front desk and Shawnae - breakfast - for making our experience more enjoyable!) A big shout out: during our stay we had an operational issue with our room on Christmas Day and some staff had to put in an extra effort to get things sorted. Thankfully our issue was solved to our satisfaction, due to the efforts of Keith (Operations Manager) - he was professional, followed up at every step and kept his word. Dowie, the responsible for maintenance also deserves a praise.

Breakfast quality could be better.

Free breakfast- options were varied each day. Even if it was just a coffee and a pastry it saves money. Staff were friendly- all staff friendly and approachable and helpful throughout stay. Gym and pool facilities clean and well maintained. Laundry facilities is helpful when going away for extended vacation. Fully stocked kitchenette. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Excellent location just beside metro green line, next to many restaurants and bars and grocery store within 10 min walk.

the location was fantastic and easy to get to many different areas of the city depending on the vibe you wanted for the day. The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating for all our needs, especially the front desk. The complementary breakfast was served during reasonable hours and really good quality.

the elevators were really loud and seemed due for maintenance. You could hear the noise from them in all the neighboring rooms while they were running, which was seemingly all day.

The location, across the street from a Metro stop and within walking distance of Whole Foods, was excellent for a long stay with kids. Staff members were courteous and friendly, going out of their way to be helpful. The king-size bed was very comfortable. Our room contained everything we needed for a 9-day stay, and the full kitchen helped us to economize on meal costs. The breakfast buffet had a variety of hot and cold foods, so our two picky eaters always found something that they liked. The pool was fun for the kids to play in. We felt at home here.

The kids found the sofa bed quite uncomfortable. During the busy week that we were here, the pool water become visibly murky.

The staff was outstanding. They worked out problems and treated us like family. Staying for five days, I felt like they knew me when I walked in and went out of the way to speak and converse. The location was excellent for getting around. The metro across the street allowed us quick travel to the Capital One Arena and all of the D.C. sites. The breakfast was also a good way to start the day. Having that meal in with the stay helped us to save some money and gave us a good start to the day.

The price for a pack of tylenol was excessive, but I had to buy it as I forgot to pack mine and had a tremendous headache.

Room has nice floor plan . Hotel was close to Metro station. Breakfast was generous. Staff was friendly and helpful. E bike or scooter gave good access to the Capitol and National mall.

We could hear the Mero train zoom through the large street sidewalk vent from the street below our room on the 4rd floor . Kleenex could be more generous.

It was a great location, walking distance to the ballpark and close to all the sites. The staff was very informative and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Would come back again and stay!

The breakfast, though good, the staff seemed to be overwhelmed by the number of guest. Never seemed to keep up with the hot food, we actually had to go out for breakfast on one day because there wasn't any hot food available.
