It was convenient for Nats Park, alot of food options near by, elevator to the parking garage, friendly staff

The trash in the garage never got changed during our stay, there was also a huge cockroach when we were getting off the elevator to the garage, bed weren't very comfortable, there was a but of confusion about my payment when I got there which got sorted out but took a minute.

The room and bathroom were very spacious. The bed was soft and comfortable. The hall activity was quiet. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown SW/SE waterfront. The room had two beds and a comfortable lounge chair.

I didn't like that I wasn't vacationing instead of working two very long hour days at the Broccoli City Festival. I didn't like that I didn't try the breakfast.

The room was great! Super comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff was pleasant. Parts of the hotel were under renovation, but did not inconvenience us. It was an enjoyable stay!

We used the parking garage and paid cash at the front desk for that charge, since our room had already been booked and paid online. After checking out, we noticed that our credit card had been charged another $40 for the same parking fee. We called the hotel and it was being looked into, but we have yet to hear back from anyone, or receive a refund for the double payment.

Unfriendly receptionist - sarcastic, critical and made us feel quite unwelcome. Was not a pleasant introduction to our first visit to DC. The hotel overall met expectations but I would not book here again due to front of house staff.

This was a great hotel for my two-night business stay. I was upgraded to a spacious corner suite which was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, the fitness center had all the essentials, and the Navy Yard location is convenient. I highly recommend other guests go for walks along the boardwalk along the river.

The second elevator has been out for quite a while and caused long wait times for guests, particularly around rush hour.

Great location and conveneint for national Airport and local subway station. Breakfast Burritos were pretty good too!!

No dedicated room/space for guests' suitcases to be securely left on last day after checkout before heading back to airport for a late evening flight. However the cases are kept behind Main Reception desk.

I enjoyed how soft the bedding was. I love how close we were to the vending machines. The layout of the room was lovely and we were able to sit up and watch nice movies while eating dinner. Plus we could watch people ice skating and that was lovely!

There wasn’t anything that the hotel did that we did not enjoy. We had a very lovely day overall.

Comfortable room. Employee at check in was not welcoming and a bit aloof, but the employee the next morning at front desk was super nice. Ditto for the Starbucks staff. Ice machines weren’t working.

The room was a good size, beds were comfortable.. Hard to get into tub for shower but the bathroom was adequate. The lobby cafe was a real plus. Very expensive though. Great location - one block to Metro stop.
