The hotel room has a kitchen with a table and an office chair, a cupboard, a microwave oven, a fridge, a hot plate, utensils on demand at the front desk, a sink with hot and cold water faucets, and it is really practical and useful. There is a closet like area for hanging the clothes and an armchair for you to to seat and put on/take off your shoes. Besides, there is a dresser with big drawers. There's an air conditioner. There is a free parking lot with plenty of spots. There is a vending machine and a laundry. The breakfast is free and you can serve yourself with light or strong coffee, powder chocolate, milk cream, hot water and packs of different flavors for oatmeal, muffins. There are two bus stops leaving the hotel gate: from one on the same sidewalk you can go to Dolphin Mall, from the other one, across from the hotel - I think it is for bus number 7- you can go to Downtown Miami/Bay Side. The hotel is 5 minutes away from and to Miami International Airport by car. The hotel staff - front desk and the manager- is very nice and they do their best to solve any issues you have.

In general, it is a nice place to stay, it is near the airport, which is very practical. Free wifi. If you want to buy things or eat, there are a Publix Supermarket, some restaurants, a Ross and a Walgreens about 15 minutes walking from Extended Stay Blue Lagoon.

A guy there (a receptionist) only speak spainish, no English at all and thus we could not communicate with him at all. Also not cleaning the room for two weeks is bad. Finally, you can make the breakfast a little more interesting.

Friendly staff, kind and helpful. Sweet grab and go breakfast. Lovely room, big and comfy bed. Simple kitchenette. Warm showers, great AC. Quiet and safe place.

Walking barefoot on the floor felt stinky and dirty.

Breakfast was satisfactory for the continental style. Location was great. Close to food spots.

Everything was ok to my liking. Location and walking distant to my area that i had a conference.

The little young in the front with red hair I forgot her name. super nice very quick going through other check in guess in line. Making sure employees are working n staying on task I saw. And made everything feel at home type of vibe 💯

Hey thanks for the team of Extended stay America so kind the only thing the microwave in the suite didn't work and also no iron in the suit beside that everything was amazing price so reasonable and quiet place thank you

Room had all the basic things needed to make you feel at home

I didnt like that most of the times no one was on the front desk had to wait for someone to show up. A better breakfast is needed only had coffee.

Convenient

Grab and go breakfast not good , for the price of $99 per night. The grab and go did not even have water to drink only coffee. Needed to have of a selection for breakfast, since price for the night was $99.

Close to the airport

In the bathroom, the ventilation was noisy; the propeller is broken. There were two pieces of soap, but there was no shower gel or shampoo. Additionally, in the kitchen, there were neither spoons nor forks. So, what’s the point of having a kitchen there

Didn’t eat the breakfast & the location was nice. Didn’t like the fact that there’s a Kitchen without pots, utensils, plates, cups etc.

No cooking wear.
