I loved the location and the ambience of the lobby was pretty, the restaurant/bar at was really good! Perfect for solo travel or a couple, the rooms are very very small. Be sure to book one of the suites so you get a balcony or view the basic rooms are like dorm rooms very very small. The size didn’t bother me bc I was there just to sleep and the bed was super comfortable! The room could definitely use a little decor it was very plain, but it did just what I needed in the end. Would definitely stay here again in a suit room! Staff was very nice

It truly feels like coming home. Once again, we had a wonderful time at the Upsun Hotel. And just like last time, it was especially the people who made our stay so incredibly special. Fernando, Luna, Emilio – and really everyone – are so friendly and always ready with great recommendations for restaurants and activities. The beach area where the hotel has its loungers is fantastic, and Lea and Pancho are also incredibly kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

It would be great to have a few more shelves in the bathroom – especially for us girls, since we often bring quite a bit of cosmetics

We spent three wonderful weeks at the Urbanica Fifth Hotel and highly recommend it! The entire team was always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sandra and Fernando, who made our stay unforgettable. Sandra was incredibly warm and always had great tips for us. After our engagement, she even brought us a bottle of champagne to our room – such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. The hotel's location is perfect, and the rooms were always clean and regularly serviced upon request. We would definitely return and are grateful to the team for such a fantastic stay!

Clean, quiet, modern , good location near ocean drive and south pints park/pier , near our favorite restaurants , stylish, very good, comfy beds (rare in the US) , great professional service, nice rooftop pool , beach towels, baker directly in hotel compared to other places where you wait 30 mins for them to get your car …

Extra mandatory “resort charge” we were not aware if before which included sunbeds but ridiculously NO UMBRELLA in the Miami heat , complete nonsense , had to pay another extra 15 dollars for the umbrella every day. Plus the sunbeds are a 10 min walk and there are no toilets on the beach except the one by the Miami Beach sign which is 5 mins walking in the heat - a punishment for all women , the city if Miami needs to fix this!

Beautiful stay on the way from Orlando to the Keys. Fresh and modern boutique style, rooms with enough space for a family of four. Fantastic roof top pool with breath taking sight on the skyline. Ocean drive and art deco district less than 10 min to walk. Small restaurant on the groundfloor, plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around the corner as well. Great staff, everything absolutely clean. Parking garage in the hotel, 50$ extra per night. Bicycles can be hired for free. No safety problems anywhere even after sunset. Highly recommended. Very clean, modern and everything worked well. The rooftop swimming pool was a nice touch. The location was close enough to the nightlife on the beachfront (5 min walk), but far enough away to avoid most of the noise that goes with the nightlife.

Soundproofing was not very good, to the point where we had to move rooms due to the noise from the road junction outside. The staff were very polite and helpful when we requested the move, but I wonder if they had had previous complaints. After the move we really enjoyed the stay.

I booked this hotel at the very last minute after being dissatisfied with another hotel and the staff and management were super accommodating and did everything to make me feel comfortable. The rooms are clean, the views from the front balcony rooms and rooftop are amazing! I have attached pictures. The place has a nice, calming, chilled vibe that is so peaceful. The location is perfect- just a short 10 minute walk to the beach and central to some amazing places to eat. I also loved the beach umbrellas and loungers option.

Everything was amazing but if I had to pick one thing it would just be to have a complimentary tea option in the room and not just coffee as I don’t drink coffee. However there is a really nice bistro style restaurant downstairs that serves a really good option of teas and breakfast.

It was a delight to stay at the Upsun in Miami. The first great impression was Sandra on reception. Her customer service is second to none, she was the most friendly and helpful hotel receptionist that I've ever encountered and she made our stay. The other staff we met were equally as friendly and supportive, but Sandra definitely stood out and made us feel special. The room was modern, fresh and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Our booking at Upsun was a last minute booking, as we had been disappointed with our previous hotel that we stayed at prior to going on our cruise. We cancelled the stay with the other hotel on our return from the cruise for 2 nights, and booked the Upsun. We were so pleased that we did, as this was a breath of fresh air, that exceeded our expectations. The hotel is in a great location for shops and restaurants, and only around a 10min walk to South Beach. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Miami.

Breakfast wasn't available with this hotel but it didn't affect our stay as we were able to rest, get up when we wanted and then take a shotlrt walk to one of the local restaurants that served all day breakfasts.

Great location , a couple blocks from the beach. they give you beach towels per guest and two beach chairs per room. there aaa a cute little balcony we loved taking pictures on. honestly great photo opportunities all around the hotel. the staff is super friendly and helpful.

not very much lightning, we had three girls in our room and there was only the bathroom mirror and a small body one not near any outlet. also our room was lovely but the ceiling was not. also the pool is catfish it is pretty small 😂

Sandra at the front desk was amazing! Helped us on parking tips & She gave us lots of info about where to ride using their complementary bikes which we used on 3 different days The rooftop pool was lovely And the on site restaurant was convenient There’s also a little Hispanic grocery around the corner that sold yummy pastries for the mornings top have with the coffee from the in room coffee maker Can walk to beachfront pretty easily but it’s a bit quieter than on the beachfront
