Didn’t do breakfast

Directing us to park closer to our room would have been helpful. We went around in circles to figure out to park closer to our room and figure out the closest elevator to use as we had huge bags.

Check in was super quick and front desk each time we spoke to them were welcoming and helpful. Balcony overlooking the pool. Comfortable beds. Fantastic swimming pool and chairs/beds under umbrellas for shade. Having a Starbucks on site and laundry.

We had to ask for more towels every day as the cleaners did not leave enough in our room. One day no extra toilet roll and so again had to ask for more.

The property was extremely clean especially the room. Daily house keeping. Microwave and fridge in the room were convenient and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The restaurant and the breakfast was pretty good, I’d say 7/10. The TV by the pool was great and our daughter lovedd the water slide. Definitely a family hotel . We stayed during spring break and there were bunch of soccer teams there and the place was still well maintained . I would definitely recommend and stay again.

I wish there were a vent/fan in the bathroom and there were little rocks in the pool that we stepped on a few times.

The room was really nice, and new. Pool is great and warmed up. The staff is really, really nice. They extended our check out time when requested, and let us use the pool after check out.

The first night the shower head pressure was really low, but the rest of our stay was fine. The breakfast is really overpriced, would’ve been nice if it was free.

The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms spacious and the toiletries were better than expected (none of those tiny shampoo bottles here!). The black-out curtains were amazing, and the noise-level is non-existent. The TVs were big and easy to use, the mini fridge is a beverage fridge but with enough space to store leftovers. The 2 pools were great! Especially the main pool with the slide for the kids!!! This was the highlight of our stay.

The sofa bed was not that great as you could feel all the springs and there were no extra blankets to at least use as some barrier. I think maybe investing and storing (or making available at front desk) some mattress toppers would be excellent.

Simple and allows a good time. Good places to eat nearby

This was my second time staying at this property and both times I was very impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the decor and amenities, especially when considering the relatively cheap price point. I booked a room for four which had two queen beds. The room and beds were perfectly clean and well appointed, the decorations were not tacky, they were actually tasteful unlike most affordable hotels, and the room did not have any wear and tear whatsoever. Each room has a microwave, mini fridge, and a smart TV as well. The water pressure and temperature in the bathrooms were perfect. The onsite gym was clean and all of the equipment was functional. The hotel has multiple pools (all of which were clean, however the main pool is especially nice for individuals and families of all ages). There’s a massive television screen overlooking the pool that typically has espn on but at night sometimes plays family movies like Frozen, etc. (much like the large screens you see above the pools on cruise ships). There’s also a pretty cool mini playground in the pool for children. Prices obviously vary with hotels however I paid $98 after all taxes & fees for one night and it was well worth it given the quality of the property and its ideal location. Also, you are given a $10 credit for each night you stay at the hotel. This $10 credit can be used at the on-site starbucks or the on-site breakfast place. This is a great amenity because you can easily grab a free starbucks coffee or pastry every morning hassle free, courtesy of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for either short term or week long stays.

Honestly nothing, I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now and each time I’ve had no complaints. Technically on my most recent trip, the air conditioning unit in my room was making a loud ringing noise, but upon turning it off and back on once, the problem resolved itself and did not reoccur for the duration of our stay so it was really not an issue.

I would like to extend my appreciation for the staff making a little gift basket for my daughter. It was her 15th birthday and I requested when I booked the room if they could do something a little special for her. I wasn't expecting anything but it was just a thought. They made her a handmade card in a basket with a bunch of snacks. She was so happy she almost cried. It wasn't the gift so much as the thought. Thank you all for making this little mini-vacation for her a little more special.

The rooms were very spacious and well maintained. The hotel is in a great location and provides easy access via car to Vineland retail outlets, restaurants, and Disney springs and the main popular activities in Orlando. The amount of food choices nearby was a great positive, and a good selection was available in walkable distances. I had a king-size room and balcony poolside (stayed on two separate occasions over my break) room, which were both brilliant, the rooms had fridge, microwave, safe and iron/ironing board.

There were a few leaks in common areas after heavy rain. The door to my room required a special knack to open but was fine once the maintenance man taught me the trick.

The pool area was outstanding. What a nice treat for kids to enjoy and plenty of room for parents to lounge.

The king suite was a great option for traveling with an infant however the door to the bedroom being made of glass made it very difficult to keep a dark room for baby sleep. Also both televisions in the room were a problem. The tv in the seating area would not turn off. The remote didn’t work and the power button on the tv did not work. We had to unplug the tv to go to bed. The tv in the bedroom turned itself on at 2:30 in the morning and lit up the whole room with our sleeping baby. The room was comfortable and spacious.
