We chose the Hampton Inn due to it's proximity to the airtport and their free airport shuttle. Our expectations were greatly exceeded...the team is off the charts kind and helpful. Diego was our driver for most of the weekend and without fault he picked us up and dropped us off several times throughout out two day stay and unlike other clients at the airport, we never waited more than 10 minutes. Another area that was a pleasant surprise was the the 24 hour coffee offerings and the breakfast...there were eggs, bacon, sausage, even biscuits and gravy. The hotel is also within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. You can't beat Hampton Inn for it's price point and all of the luxuries it offers. Compared to the hotels in the area, this one is above and beyond!

The room was nice, bed was comfortable and it was clean.

I was very upset about the parking charges. On the booking site it said $10 a day but when I arrived I was told it was $15 a day. Even in a message I received from the hotel, I was told $10. But the front desk lady said that because I did not book directly with the hotel that it’s 15 and no matter how upset I was at this misinformation, she would not change. I would not book this place again.

The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and smelled so good. I was able to reserve a room at 11 pm due to missing flight. Tiara (?) receptionist was very nice.

Since my luggage had been on the plane we missed, I had nothing. I was given a toothbrush and paste but that was it. It would be nice if other items were aviable such as make up removal pads, deodorant. I would have been willing to pay for these. To my understanding, this hotel frequently received guests such as ourselves. It would be so nice to have had small necessities for our comfort.

This place is phenomenal. Not only classy, but the staff was out of this world. They were so friendly and they truly do care about their customers. Don't know who I loved meeting the most ? Every staff member treated us with love and made us feel welcomed the second we met them. That includes the shuttle drivers too. Everyone here at Hampton treated the wife and I like family. What I loved the most about this Hampton Inn was that we did a red-eye flight and they allowed us to check into our room that morning. At no additional charge either. That's unheard of, and I was able to choose our room and location too. This facility was modern and looked to have been recently updated. The room was roomy with a view. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the hotel was spotless. Along with the shuttles. They too were extremely clean.

The only complaint I have is that the breakfast area is tiny and it gets extremely crowded. If you don't get there early, you might as well skip breakfast. The food was tasty and they did switch it up.daily, but it's not worth it when it's complete CHAOS.

Best free hotel breakfast ever! Our room was attractive, comfortable, and well appointed. We needed the room quickly, with a free 24hr shuttle to/fr the Orlando Airport, due to a canceled flight. This was perfect. We even walked to Chilies for dinner.

Nothing we didn't like. They did run out of medium roast coffee in the lobby service but that's all I can think of.

I was unable to get eat breakfast due to an early morning departure at the airport so I wish I would have been offered complimentary fruit or snacks by leaving available for guests in the lobby instead of only plastic if fruit. I have nothing but compliments for the excellent free shuttle to the airport! Driver was extremely helpful, courteous, skilled & timely!!!

Room was great except it was not wheel chair friendly. Pathway between bed and dresser very tight for wheel chair and bathroom door could barely be opened and still pass by to enter. Once in bathroom , well laid out and handicapp friendly. Also entry and exit door too heavy to open from wheel chair. Best to have companion available to help. Thay being said I would stay again with comfortable bed, cleanliness and location.

Difficult wheel chair access in wheel chair accessible room. Bathroom door need hindge on other side and furniture changed (lessened) so wheel chair has room to maneuver.

Staff courteous, efficient and friendly. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Coffee and tea available at all hours. Breakfast quite satisfactory. Excellent location very close to airport. Shuttle drivers very efficient and affable.

The airport shuttle service is a bit slow, requiring a phone call to the Hampton shuttle dispatcher upon arrival at airport. But it all works out in the end, with a small delay.

The room was spacious and the beds comfortable after a long day travelling. Check in was easy and we were staying overnight, flying out in the early hours and returning a few days later. We were able to leave our car whilst we were away. The shuttle bus took us to the airport at 04.15. The driver was very pleasant and helped us with our cases.

The breakfast was the only downfall. There wasn’t much choice.

It was a little expensive but it had a good location and the airport shuttle was free. We enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast and appreciated the 24hr free coffee in reception. Our room was clean and comfortable and we didn't notice the airport noise (but we were quite tired). There were several eateries within walking distance.

The room was fairly dimly lit; it needed ceiling light rather than just relying on lampstands and bedside lamps.
