Carlos is an extremely kind and dedicated employee. He made me feel comfortable and safe. I want nothing but everything good for him. If the hotel does read this review, please give him a raise and treat him to lunch. He is a staff member that you want to retain, so please compensate him well. Saying this as a former manager with a fortune 500 company, now clinical therapist. This is an excellent hotel to stay at for both short and long term trips, with close proximity to the airport and many shops.

No breakfast. I think I paid but didn't get to enjoy it. I came downstairs at 6:30 AM and the area was roped off and it didn't look like there was any food available, so I just took the shuttle and went back to the airport for my flight. Would have liked to try breakfast.

We were displaced from a canceled flight, and this was the first hotel that we found that had shuttle service from Orlando MCO. The evening shuttle driver Abram was beyond fantastic and so very kind, we have 4 small children and we had been traveling stuck in an airport for over 12 hours that day, and he was so helpful! The hotel was clean and they all had amazing and professional presentation.. Kay on the night shift 3/27 into 3/28 and Yasmine 3/28 during the dayshift were so kind, efficient, helpful and helped us! The food at the breakfast buffet was really very good and as a family of 6, displaced on a canceled flight without any help from the airlines, having the kids 11 and under eat free with an adult meal was so financially helpful!

I needed a room for the night after a long international trip. This was the perfect stop over as I had left my car here for long term parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All areas were clean and bright. Ordered a coffee and breakfast sandwich to go in the morning which were perfect.

It was all fine.

Very Nice hotel, the staff was very helpful and friendly, s/o to the shuttle driver he was so nice. The hotel room was nice, they provide “Dove/Suave” soap, conditioner, shampoo and body lotion.

We didn’t get the room that was on the picture on booking.com and we had to do the sofa bed ourselves which kinda sucks but ok. And also the pool view was sh*tty if I may as the only thing we were seeing was trees and a dot of water from far away. And to get the shuttle to pick you up, good luck if you don’t have an American phone number as you can only call them to get it, they don’t really answer messages on booking :/

We so much appreciated the kindness of the front desk staff. They made our check in process super easy and we were able to store our bags while we checked out the area. The lobby is light and airy and there is a café, bar and even a little microwave for cooking your own food.

Location was perfect. Free shuttle service was convenient (tips are highly encouraged). Customer service was good: originally given the wrong room, but it was quickly fixed.

Breakfast was $15.99/adult. Our door was extremely difficult to open. Sofa bed was clearly not recently cleaned. Not enough linens or towels.

Very friendly and welcoming staff-starting with Ed the shuttle van driver. The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my dinner and the waiter was very friendly.

The Wi-Fi is a a bit slow. I had to do some work online and uploads were sluggish, but I got my work done.

BREAKFAST was very good. Breakfast staff very helpful.

The room #109 has vinlyl plank flooring and it felt sticky to walk on. (incidentally I am in the flooring business so notice theses things maybe more than the average customer)

I was amazed at how beautiful and big the hotel was. Restaurant and bar. And the pool was excellent.

Just the pillows. Too big and bulky for me. It would be nice to have the option of a thinner softer pillow.

Great outdoor pool facilities and wonderful staff at reception. We were allowed a late checkout of 2pm.

Breakfast was of poor quality.... very little fresh fruit options....no self service fresh juices
