I'd say a bit of everything: the property is well-presented, clean, tidy, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, we had a car so it was also convenient for getting to the metro station. (Of course, if you're on foot, I wouldn't recommend it.)

It's not actually their responsibility, but I'm fighting with Booking.com because the room didn't show as paid for, even though everything had already been paid for. We'll see how it ends. If we really want to find a flaw that we can extend to all the structures, well... the prices seem truly exaggerated to me.

Very clean; modern. Room was large and comfortable. Nicely-stocked fitness center: Two elliptical machines, two treadmills, a bicycle, two benches, and a good selection of free weights. The complementary breakfast was good, too. Housekeeping staff was courteous and kind. My son was ill one night of our stay and the staff went out of their way to change the sheets and comforters, and to clean the bathroom.

I know this is a First World problem, but the pool was a bit disappointing. The deep section was in the center -- and it was only 4 feet deep. And the pool itself was kind of small.

The breakfast was good, however it would have been helpful to have a tray, so it wouldn't have been necessary to go back and forth several times. It was also convenient that coffee was available all day. The staff was extremely helpful. My flight was rescheduled an hour later than originally planned, and it was no problem being allowed to check out a little later than the official check-out time.

The swimming pool was much smaller than the impression given on the hotel's website; it was too little for genuine swimming.

It’s cost-effective and the room was spacious than I expected. Daily room cleaning and the free parking made my stay comfortable. I also liked that the room temperature can be controlled separately.

I recommend you to get a folio from the hotel if you are staying for more than 2 days. I got several unexpected payments and it really confused me. I got it fixed, but it took some time. Some of the staffs are not that kind and cooperative. He didn’t help me just because he is not the one I first discussed the issue.

Very nice spacious accommodation. Indoor pool which my wife took advantage of and was very nice. Breakfast was welcoming and satisfying. For us the price was relatively economical and we received a good deal for the money.

The whole setting was great and we can't really complain about anything. As suggestions for improvement, perhaps having one of the two pillows for a guest be firmer. Also the automatic doors near the breakfast area, allow cold air entry. Perhaps somehow retiring the doors or something else.

We arrived at the hotel and our reservation changes had not been updated in the system. The staff worked with us quickly to get us booked into an available room for the night. Staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. They were able to accommodate all of our needs and requests.

Unfortunately our bed was not as comfortable as we would like, but overall our room was very nice and clean.

Everything was great except the lady that worked at night. Staff was alright but they did lock the main doors on the hotel from the parking lot and the key card wouldn't let me in so i was stuck out in the cold and snow hoping the lady working would let me in. She just ignored me and then I found another entrance and asked her about that locked door and she said that she locked it but wouldn't tell me why.

Breakfast offered a nice variety of items. Hot foods were replenished quickly when empty. No shortage of plastic ware, cups or plates. And as always....the warm cinnamon rolls were a delight, a favorite of our family. Dining area very roomy, plenty of seating.

The juice dispenser wasn't working properly during our stay. The juice was very watery and some of the selections weren't available. A little bummed there was no dairy-free milk option such as almond milk, soy milk etc.

It was very clean, I liked the Dove products available to me for use in the room

I was not able to watch television because my remote may have needed new batteries. The front desk staff instructed me to come down to the front desk to retrieve the batteries. I was already settled in for the night and didn't want to come down to the front desk. I feel staff should have made sure this wasn't an issue without my help.

Very friendly front desk staff. Free parking and free breakfast (good coffee). The room was big enough for 4 people and the beds were comfy. There was a microwave in our room. Clean and spacious enough. Close enough to basic amenities like CVS and restaurants.

Walls are paper thin, can hear everything from rooms next door. Really loud footsteps from people above.
