This hotel was an absolute lifesaver for me and my daughter who had been traveling for 24 hours and had a 9-hour layover before our final destination. We were completely exhausted. The most wonderful thing is that it is literally AT the airport. You step out of Terminal 2, walk across the taxi/bus/pick-up lanes and enter the hotel -- no shuttle bus required!!! No waiting for ONE more transportation system. It is designed for this purpose, for weary travellers. We arrived at midnight and the snack store was still open, the bellhop still awake, the front desk manned and ready to give us a room key -- which is all you want when checking in that late. The hotel room was incredibly comfortable. It was also really, really expensive. But when you have burned out travellers who just cannot/should not stay overnight in a quiet, darkened, massively uncomfortable airport for 9 more hours before the next flight, the money was well, well worth it.

We flew in from Oslo, Norway via Reykjavik, Iceland, so it was a long day. We got into O'Hare too late to make our respective connecting flights, so we had to spend the night. The convenience of just having to take a short ride on the train and come up the elevator to the hotel was ideal. The room was nice, clean - comfortable; the bar/food area that evening was also up to par. The food was very good, the bartenders were friendly and welcoming. It made for a very pleasant - and relaxing - return to the states.

The convenience of the hotel cannot be beat - I do think it was a bit pricey; not so much that it impacted our stay. Truthfully given the same set of circumstances upon our return to the states from Europe, I would still use this property.

The hotel is very conveniently located and can be easily reached on foot. We received a very friendly reception and the hotel provided each of use with a bottle of water. Our room was large, well furnished and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and gave us a good night's sleep. Considering its location, the hotel provided good value for money.

As our travel schedule did not allow us to use any of the hotel's facilities I have no comments to offer.

Perfect location for a Stopover before a flight the next day. We flew in from Washington, didn't even have to leave the airport. 5-10 minute walkway straight to the Hotel which was much appreciated with the freezing cold temperatures outside. Was a little early for check in so we had a lovely meal in the Sports Bar. Staff at Reception and in the Sports Bar were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size with a good size double bed and very clean.

Nothing.

After being stranded in Chicago by American Airlines who seemed to care less, the person at the front desk saved the day by being helpful, cheerful, and upbeat, I wish I would have remembered her name. I arrived around 10:00 PM on Friday night, she was an African American woman, probably in her 50s, please let her know she made my day.

While having dinner at the restaurant, someone, an obvious transvestite, tried to force his/her way on to the seat next to me. The situation which could have gotten out of hand was handled quickly by the security guard and waitress which I appreciated.

This hotel il located literally in the middle of the airport surrounded by all the terminals. It's easy to get there via air-train or just to walk from your arrival terminal. It's all about the location... I arrived 11PM from Europe and had to continue my journey to Dallas 6AM next morning so I din'n want to bother with logistical hustle to get away and back with a short stay at another hotel.

Because of it's unique location the hotel is obviously overpriced. However, considering the options it still made sense to stay there. The building itself is beginning to wear out and would need refreshing repairs.

This is a very convenient hotel. It's a five minute walk across the street from the terminal. It has a convenience store and a market/deli in the lobby. The beds are very comfortable. It is very expensive for the quality, so you're paying for the location.

The pillows are way too soft. There is no mini-fridge in the room.

Proximity to the airport and the blue line are key advantages for this airport Hilton. I had a very early flight out so took the blue line out the evening before and walked to my terminal in the morning. As a solo female traveler, this felt much safer than a taxi from the suburbs in the wee hours. The hotel is pleasant, clean and well appointed.

If you are looking for the convenience of having a hotel almost attached to the airport, then this is your choice. There are several properties nearby Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, but this is the only hotel literally steps away from the airport (specifically Terminal 2). The hotel also has 3 restaurants onsite. Andiamo had a pretty good breakfast selection. Sports Edition Bar was perfect to unwind from a late night flight (note though that it closes at 12am though). And Gaslight Club offers fine dining and lets you relive the glory of the 1920's accompanied by live music. I never thought an airport hotel would have so many choices for food and entertainment.

The hotel is obviously dated. I researched and found that it was built in 1971 and last renovated in 2006. Thus, the rooms do feel old. Also, some people will definitely find this property pricy compared to the other hotels near the airport that offer better value for accommodations. Note though that you are paying for the convenience of being at the airport which is why I understand the higher room rates. Convenience normally does come at a price.

The location is unbeatable as it is the only hotel directly linked to the terminals at ORD. That is a huge advantage, especially given the weather extremes of Chicago.

The bedrooms badly need refurbishing: scratched wooden surfaces, tired dull decor, no usb sockets, bathroom out of the 1980s. The price can only be justified by the location, not by the room quality.
