The hotel provided an immaculate cleaning service and an excellent hot breakfast. Most of the cleaning staff made us feel welcome by speaking to us when we entered and exited. Honestly, I would stay there again because it was very clean and safe. Shopping and good food are located all around the hotel within minutes. I give it four stars.

Unfortunately, we stayed for a week, and when we entered the hotel, only one young lady spoke to us at the front desk when she was there. Other front desk staff seemed to speak to everybody but us. We felt ignored even though I didn't ask for anything.

Staff was very helpful, service was great.. Breakfast was good had plenty of choices there to eat from waffles to eggs bacon , biscuits and gravy.

Lots of work trucks so it was hard coming in after 8 pm after late dinners and being able to find close parking we had to park way in the back close to the street then had to walk far from door into hotel, but we did it.. but that's only thing I didn't like

spotless rooms, quiet, renovated, nice comfortable bed, clean, no bugs, no roaches, amazing breakfast with breads, bagels, and eggs, bacon, sausage, and omeletes on alternating days, fantastic coffee, 20 minute uber to downtown

pillows were very mushy with no support

Breakfast was good. Staff was nice and friendly. The room was good for the price but didn't expect much more. The shower was excellent very hot and good pressure. The bed was comfortable and very clean. There is a waffle house within walking distance in case you don't like the hotel breakfast.

My one complaint was the pillows they were absolutely terrible. I had to go to Walmart and buy some because my neck was killing me.

Rooms were clean & quiet. Bed was comfortable. Price was a tad high, but likely because of Reds game and other events. There was a huge group checking on before us, but a 2nd clerk checked us in on a separate station, super cool! Pool was nice, lots of umbrellas for shade. Hallways could use some sprucing up, but overall the hotel was good for the most important things: Room comfort and lack of noise.

Hallways and stairwells could use a bit of TLC. But rooms and common area were well-kept.

The staff at the front desk. One lady in particular and I’m so sad i forgot to get her name was exceptional!! She went above and behind to be kind! She told us about a great place to eat which we Chri out and it was delicious! She asked us if we had enjoyed the concert we attended the next day , gave us great directions also ! The breakfast was hot and was more than I expected and was good ! Had some healthy options as well ! Rooms were perfect for what we needed. Very clean place ! Highly HIGHLY recommend the hotel to anyone!!

Loved everything about the place

Clean, nicely decorated, great staff, lovely pool, good breakfast except for the weak coffee.

The traffic noise was loud all night. I’m a fairly light sleeper so didn’t get much rest either of the 2 nights we spent there. Traffic added to the noisy A/C wasn’t much fun.

We were all able to be close together. The breakfast was very good and it met all expectations of all ages. There was a great little patio we could sit out and visit. The staff is what made our trip great. They are very helpful and friendly.

We really missed having the pool open. With 6 boys it would have been great to have that activity available.

Clean and a great location room was nice

You most definitely need to invest in pillows for the bed. They are the worst. If you stay I suggest you bring your own pillows. Other than that no complaints.

Previous stay over the years and familiar with the area. Great restaurants and great shopping only a few blocks away.

No any dislikes. But rooms could be vacuumed a lil better. Our room faced the pool area and there wasn’t a sheer curtain at our balcony to shield us from the people at the pool.
