Super view of the bridge from the window and very little noise from the street on 5th floor. Room was well designed and spacious. Nice to have comfy seating in lounge area and TV could be watched in lounge or bed. Plenty of sockets for using electric items. All staff on reception were excellent - always friendly and very helpful. We used the station to go to Fenway Park and Salem during our stay and this was only a very short walk away.

My receipt stated that breakfast was included in the room rate, however since I had booked the room some weeks ago, I had forgotten this. We therefore didn’t have breakfast during our 3 night stay. Perhaps we could have been told our room included breakfast on check in?

We stayed in a king and sofa bed and it was just right for 2 adults and 2 children. It was by far one of the cheapest I found for what we needed. We had a room that over looked the freeway and bridge which was spectacular and not noisy at all! The T is a 1 min walk which will get you to all the places you need for a visit in Boston. T garden stadium over the road with a supermarket attached, perfect for supplies.

Breakfast is a little pricey, but there is a lovely cafe right behind, which is very good ;)

All staff were great. Answered questions and very accommodating. The women working the bar Monday night and then again at breakfast on Tuesday morning was excellent. Hard working, great service and personality. Also really enjoy the avocado toast. I also travel for work and like it at all your properties.

The only thing that could be better is to consider extending meal service a little longer after a concert or event. We went next door and had a great meal but would’ve also been happy to eat at the hotel.

Can't beat the location. We drove to Boston, left our vehicle with the valet and walked to TD Garden, Quincy Market, the New England Aquarium and Museum of Science. When we were checking out, the valet was prompt and very helpful.

The price is high, but you're paying for the convenience of being near everything! Though the hotel is updated and was very clean, the tub in our room was damaged. It functioned, but was staining where there were cracks and breaks in a few places. The shower pressure was fantastic, and the damage didn't impede with our ability to use it.

The location was perfect. The view from my room was spectacular. I would’ve expected to pay for a room with that kind of view. The staff was beyond fabulous. Tony at the front desk maybe the most spectacular individual I have ever encountered in my many years of travel. He was the epitome of hospitable and ultra professional. He should be the company’s spokesperson. Reason for being in Boston for leisure got canceled that evening and I wasn’t even mad because I got to interact with Tony. That’s how amazing he is. The rest of the staff also personable, quick, and efficient. I will absolutely stay there again.

We were met with the most welcoming reception and were given a beautiful room on the Penthouse floor. The view was stunning. The room was very clean. The location was central to everything we wanted to go to and very easy to pick up the T. I got way more than I paid for!

I'm not sure I can answer this. It was a great experience.

Tony and Josh always giving the best experience. Really enjoyed my stayed close to everything I wanted to do was worth paying the lil extra for room what I payed for the room I would payed difference in with Uber or taxis even got into my room a bit early.

only down fall was our TV was unplugged when we got into room but just had to plug in and it worked fine.

There was a gentleman at the desk who was very nice and caring. I am disabled and he always ran out to see if I need the handicap scooter I bad rented and made sure we were okay.

Price of drinks from cart. $5 is a little much when you can right across the street and a block down at cvs 2 for 5.

We were very pleased with the room and location. The Courtyard is conveniently located very near a subway stop. We can't say enough good about Tony. He was at the front desk and so very helpful with suggestions and directions. Thank you Tony.

I expected breakfast to be better. I am not accustom to not getting a coffee refill. Also each day there was a new person at the register and each day we were told different information about what our breakfast included. Our reservation included breakfast which was nice. The food was mediocre and the inconsistency regarding what our breakfast included was frustrating.

It was a convenient to the activities we were interested in . There was parking available and the rooms and areas were clean.

I did not have my Marriott rewards card but the man at the front desk told me he would look it up but he didn’t. Therefore I did not receive reward points. My card # is 022785943. Jeanne Stockwell
