Absolutely clean, beautiful, attentive staff, location.

With vacant rooms available, I was disappointed we were right by the elevator in room 901, you could hear people talk while they were waiting for the elevator. Did not know this would be a problem until we were already nestled in the room. I would ask for a different location next time.

The rooms were renovated & well appointed. Large for city hotel. Modern industrial feel. Really comfortable. The bathroom was huge! We requested a bathtub, which was nice. The staff were amazing! We stayed during holiday time so the lobby was decorated beautifully. The front doormen were so nice & helpful! The cleaning staff were great as well. The location is perfect! Walking distance to sights, shopping & restaurants. Many great pubs right down the block. Great stay! Can't wait to return!

Had some trouble with TV in our room. Maintenance was right on it, so it was not a big issue. Parking thru hotel is expensive. There are many lots within walking distance that are cheaper. We parked at the Wharf Garage for around $30 a day (but no in & out privileges there). We booked thru Spothero.

Double queen room. Large, well appointed bathroom. Comfortable beds. Follow up contact from an employee of the Dagny named Edina was a nice touch. The valet parking attendant was also kind and efficient.

The miscellaneous charges and taxes made the price point for a one night, weekday stay a bit pricey.

The property was gorgeous, the restaurant seemed very expensive. There wasn’t a great choice for breakfast.

Very disappointed there was no kettle or tea bags on the room to have cup of tea in the mornings.

I was looking for a hotel during my stay for the Boston Marathon and after checking out the reviews I decided on The Dagny. I have to say it was the right choice, the location, cleanliness and room were all great. Its situated in the financial district which was perfect for my needs and a short walk to the nearest subway. There are also many bars/restaurants close to the hotel so you don't have to venture too far. The staff were also brilliant, Ayoub was great with answering any questions I had before i arrived in Boston and also sorting out my room. The lead concierge John was great, he's such a nice guy and very knowledgable about Boston. He is definitely your go to for getting around Boston and any assistance you may need. I would definitely return to Boston and if I do I will be staying in The Dagny again.

Location was very convenient for travel from the airport and access to the Faneuil Hall area. Room was lovely and spacious (deluxe king) but as a Brit, I missed a kettle and being able to make a cup of tea (Nespresso machine only). Good to have a fridge in the room. Bed was super comfy and staff were very prompt and helpful when we reported a robe missing and difficulty accessing our safety deposit box. They had made an effort with a welcome area for Marathon runners and had an energy table for us to grab water, fruit, snacks etc on our way out to the start, which was nice. My partner used the gym and said it was good. USB charging at the bedside too was helpful for phones.

There was no formal welcome information in room or spiel at reception as such, so I was not informed that we had ten dollars credit per day to spend in the coffee shop or restaurant.I even had to ask how to find the coffee shop. I stumbled across this by accident on day 2 on their website. However, once found, the sweet treats in the coffee shop were excellent. The room rate had been hiked because it was Marathon weekend, but that's the same anywhere.

I has such a wonderful stay at The Dagny in Boston! From the moment I arrived (which was quite late), the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful — it set the tone for the entire experience. I was also upgraded to a King Suite. The property itself is a beautiful blend of classic charm and modern comfort. I really appreciated the thoughtful design throughout the hotel — elegant without feeling overdone. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, with lovely city views and all the little touches that make a difference (great water pressure, quality linens, and a cozy bed!). The location is also a huge plus — right in the heart of downtown, within easy walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, and Boston’s historic spots. I also like the touch on gifting hotel guest a $10 voucher to spend at the Tradesman Coffee shop. I had an iced latte which was delish, would have tried the pastry if I was hungry!

There was some construction happening outside during my stay, which did take away a bit from the overall sense of privacy and peace.

Every moment spent at The Dagny far exceeded expectations. I found myself needing to stay in Boston overnight unexpectedly and the Dagny was available. From getting dropped off at valet, to checking out, the staff was the friendliest of any hotel I have ever stayed. The hotel is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and every detail designed to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. The restaurant on property was fantastic for dinner and I really appreciated the front desk reminding me of the $10 coffee credit for the next morning. The concierge was so helpful finding activities to get me out of my room and around town even tho I’d just gotten off a redeye. The quality and friendliness are indicative of a much more expensive hotel. Would stay again anytime I’m back in Boston.

I was greeted with a beautiful smile upon check-in and was lucky enough to have him assist with my smooth checkout as well—talk about full-circle service! Ramy made the whole process seamless and welcoming, and I was thrilled to receive an upgraded room. It was absolutely lovely—spacious, with a cozy lounge area, a separate bathroom, and all the comfort you’d want for a relaxing stay. The Dagny is stylish, well-located, and truly elevated by staff like Ramy who make guests feel genuinely cared for. I’ll definitely be back!
