The room was big, confortable. the bar in the lobby has a nice environment. Location is really good. Breakfast options were wide. Yo get 20 dollars to spend at the bar during your stay, apart from the amount you get for breakfast.

I didn't like that the breakfast was at a restaurant and you had to charge it to the room. Then if it was included in your fee it will be discounted. I didn't like that at the bar, you had to let them know even before siting that you were going to charge the account in different rooms, because the 20 dollars credit are per room, but no one asks you that in advance, and if you forget to tell them, they will charge it all to the same room, and apparently their system does not allow to split it, or maybe the waitress didn't want to do it, not sure. So even though the environment is nice, personal it is not that kind.

It was a beautiful property, sexy, and high-tech. The properties in the middle of the city quick walks to all the things the parks, the metro even the aquarium. The food in the restaurant was delicious and they were also great food options just across the street. Panera, hello guys Dunkin’ Donuts CVS and 7-Eleven within minutes literally less than two minutes.

We were on the sixth floor, which could be a little noisy for some. I’m from New York City. It takes a lot for me to consider something noisy, but I was aware that the property is on the main strip of Boston.

The location of this hotel was quite good for us. It was a little noisy from traffic, which was surprising since I was on a higher floor. The lighting in the room was excellent. I was quite impressed generally with the room design/layout. I do not like Nespresso machines and their coffee is awful. I do not understand why higher end hotels think it's better. I would much rather have Kruerig or honesty, Mr Coffee. Would I stay here again? I would certainly consider it. Staff was friendly. Rooms were fairly comfortable.

I was there for the Boston Marathon. The hotel staff made a big deal about the Marathon which was really nice! The location was great and it was very clean and comfortable. They accommodated my requests.

A late check out or place to be able to shower after the Marathon would have been awesome.

Great location, nice funky modern rooms with a well stocked bar.

Had to pay a $25 per person per day "destination fee" at check-in, which would then come off dining/drinks bill. Would rather they didnt do that and then it would be our choice if we wanted to dine/drink at the hotel. We didn't like our first room as there was a constant base sound from the club opposite, but thankfully they moved us to a quieter room.

Very clean, comfortable and excellent location. Walking distance to Copley Square and many restaurants. Staff amazing , especially Cory at the Front Desk. Great lobby lounge! Door staff also terrific. Polite and helpful. Loved the daily breakfast at The Gallery. Fantastic service and great food.

Wish this property had a spa. Also, The New Year’s Eve party , organized by a third party and held at The Gallery was not good. Many reasons but since this wasn’t organized by the hotel, I won’t list them. Next year, we would recommend the event organized by the W in their lobby bar. A LOT more fun, classy , etc. We ended our evening there and wished we wouldn’t have spent the money on the private event. not at all as advertised and not worth the money.

Here for marathon weekend and the hotel couldn’t have done more for us from welcome goodies, to an amazing welcome party after completing the marathon. Large modern rooms, delicious breakfast and first class staff!

Staff very helpful and efficient. The rooms and bathroom are a very good size. We had all the help we needed including loan umbrellas. Would definitely stay here again. Being a Marriott member also gave us extra benefits.

It was a fairly long walk downtown - about 20 mins. We did know that when we booked and like to walk so it didn’t bother us but it may deter others.

Care for detail, friendly staff overall, the room was always clean, and some amenities gave it a special touch (steamer, make up towel..)

I didn’t understand why for the amount of money it costs to stay at your hotel, that the snacks in the room weren’t complimentary. I understand charging for the alcohol and drinks in the mini fridge, but to charge for the snacks in pretty dumb.
