The location is great; ample parking; the staff was very helpful, even though the hotel was obviously understaffed. I had a King Room and it was very comfortable. The event space was nicely prepared and maintained throughout the weekend. The brightest spot each day was Reggie’s smiling face at breakfast. He was very kind.

You can tell that it is aging. I was disappointed at the lack of USB ports and lack of dresser drawers in the room. The shower supplies were not filled. Also, there should be microwaves in the rooms. I am on a special diet for heath reasons and it was too inconvenient to go to the lobby to use the only microwave in the hotel.

We found a pill in our hotel room floor. It definitely was not ours. We have a small child with us. I can explain to you enough how upset and disappointed I am. I am just glad this did not result in a bad situation. The hotel it's self said they would refund half of our stay. Hopefully this does not happen to anyone else bc this is horrible.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The manager was made sure to wish us a good morning and treated us like we were celebrities.

Perfect location from the hospital. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this hotel.

Better sign from the road. We missed it the first time driving by.

Good location

Bathroom wasn’t very clean, especially for a Marriott. And the bed was on the east wall, but the tv was on the south wall. So it was hard to see the tv. Property is showing its age.

The property was very clean and elegant, we felt completely comfortable here.

This didn’t apply we loved the property.

Great location near Maryville University. Plenty of parking

Beds were harder than I prefer but tolerable. Wallpaper under window was pealing and appeared moldy. Easy fix

Breakfast was confusing with having to wait to be seated but was buffet style and it was hidden from where we were seated so I sat like idiot for awhile thinking it was restaurant style.

Everything was enjoyable.
