Good value for money. Tea/coffee/juices available throughout the day. Comfortable beds. Great staff members. Close to a shopping area, with Aldi (thrice or even four times less expensive than in NYC), Shop Rite, GAP and a well equipped fitness center ($10 entry fee). You pay no taxes in Jersey City, so the price on the shelf is the final price you pay. That is why loads of New Yorkers come her for their weekly or monthly supplies. The "breakfast" which is provided by the hotel is just water and a few sweet snacks in a paper bag and it's meant that way. It is really unfortunate that some people complain about that. With all the quality products from Aldi, you can prepare your own proper meal. The elevators do not always work properly but you can get used to that and it is not a problem at all:) As far as public transport goes, it is really easy to get from and to Manhattan (white vans go form Port Authority stop at 41st Street- $3,50). You can always use a regular bus at $4,50 - depart form the upper level at Port Authority building. The vans stop along the main road so there is no stress you'll be late. Besides, there will probably be people waiting for it every time you want to catch it. It takes 5-8 minutes to get to the stop, and the area is absolutely safe, although looks quite rough. On the whole, the hotel is a really good choice if you don't want to spend al lot on accommodation and eat good quality food for a fraction of what you would normally pay downtown. Affordable, pleasant, conveniently located, easy to get to. Definitely one of the best options to choose.

There is nothing to dislike about the hotel.

You walk in and the staff are respectful, pleasant & hospitable. The place looks and smells freshly clean from the lobby to your actual room. After staying here twice, once in a 2 queen bed and once in their single king sized bedroom I can certainly say this hotel is absolutely solid! It is peaceful, quiet to which I was able to get a good nights rest along with finishing up some work on my laptop in the morning. The rooms feature 50+ inch Samsung Smart TV units which are connected to WiFi. It is non smoking so you will not have to worry about somebody else's smoking smell. It also has a nice view of New Jersey should you get a west facing room. Will definitely be staying again! {10-15 minutes from Port Authority/Times Square by Lyft/Uber or 20 minutes on the 190 NJ Transit bus with a short walk from the 31st/JFK stop. - Additionally it is less than 10 minutes away from The American Dream Mall}

The breakfast here is decent. The location is great, and the parking lot is large with plenty of spaces. When I stayed in Room 804, there were signs of rodent activity. After reporting it to the front desk, I was moved to Room 811. However, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. I reported it again, and they replaced the unit with a new one the same day. The new AC works very well. A distant view toward Times Square from where I stayed.

The hotel Wi-Fi signal is quite weak and often unavailable. The signal is decent in the lobby on the first floor. I’ve stayed in Rooms 801, 804, and 811. Room 811, which is near the elevator, had a slightly better signal than Room 801, where there was no signal at all, but it was still poor. I recommend improving the Wi-Fi coverage throughout the building.

Location was great, you can take a bus at a bus stop near Aldi. Its a 10 min walk and a bit steep. The bus takes 4.1 Usd/person. The bus takes you to a station near to Times square. The room was big with comfy beds and wifi was fast. Lobby had 24hrs water, tea and coffee facilities (not juice). Breakfast was reasonable with basic stuff including scrambled eggs, egg muffins ( which wetmre delicious), bread, cereals, cheese, juice, tea, coffee etc. It was bit expensive compared to the quality and services you would receive at this price elsewhere in the world. Would recommend it if you are looking for a budget hotel for visiting NY city.

The hotel is being renovated. We were told that our room is already renivated but the AC was old and quite loud as well as the bathroom exhaust. Our room was on the 11th floor with a good view to the front but con was the 24hr traffic noise.

Booked the room by accident... Thought it was going to be a nightmare but it turned out to be a nice, quiet hotel... Looks are deceiving. Beautiful bathroom Clean room Great staff

Very good location, just 6 stops from most of the NJ Transit buses departing from Port Authority in Manhattan. Additionally, there is a very affordable shuttle service running from Time Square. We arrived very early in the morining and the staff offered me early check-in for a small fee and my wife and I were able to freshen-up, enjoy the free breakfast and take some rest. The breakfast is very good, has both cold and hot options as well as juice, coffee and tea.

The building is currently undergoing remodeling and renovation, so there could be some construction related noises and smells but it's really nothing to worry about.

We loved most of the facilities they gave. The breakfast was good, everyone was loving the unlimited goodies, taking it back to their rooms... The warmth of being an Indian made it even more desirable staying here, the gujjus kept it well.

The 2nd lift which started working on our 4th day made it easier, also for the staff too. Rest a little more professionalism could make this hotel draw more attention.

Size of the room was really good for the price paid. Location is very good. Not very far from New york only a 30 minute drive. Staff was very helpful especially (Jiggie the receptionist) and all the cleaning staff

ONly one elevator was working so had to wait a long time. Breakfast was very basic could have been better. Everyday we had the same breakfast.

I like that is close to many things and it’s a nice place overall

I don’t like that they are renovating and still put people on the floors full of dust and workers. There’s one lady in particular next time I’ll ask her name she’s so rude and has 0 costumer service skills
