Very good breakfast! Cozy little lobby area. Parking right outside your room door. Room was exceptionally clean. Housekeepers are hard workers for sure. The whole property is pretty small so you are not waiting in front of an elevator for fifteen minutes and walking down long and confusing hallways to get there, and you always have a window facing outside as you go down the single hallway that is the building. Honestly? Loved the design. Good value overall. Free parking. I hope to stay here again.

The gym air conditioning was out.

Best western was very good. Once you gain some familiarity with location, its pretty convenient with shopping center within walking distance. Also staff is friendly and eager to help you out.

Best western was very good, with one caveat. If you are getting off New Jersey transit bus 159R, google map walking direction misleads you into back lot of corporate building with no way to reach best western. This motel does not have good walk in access and they need to improve access for people traveling by bus to motel

This has a great location, amazing price and very very clean rooms. This hotel is definitely taken seriously by talented stuff and managers. Please don't hesitate to visit this place. Their breakfast is a "must" to have and also talk about. They serve amazing breakfast in their small kitchen, you'll adore it! Nearly 10-15 different food awaits you there! Definitely recommended! Private parking. Good price. Clean. Easy to get to NYC.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Actually being in the hotel was the only time I felt welcomed and treated politely in my whole trip to New York. People outside the hotel were rude, that's my impression coming from Canada where people is always polite. They spoke Spanish and I was happy to speak in my language. All the stuff was great, Mercedes and her husband made sure that we were having a good time in the hotel, she was always smiling and willing to help. Gracias Mercedes.

The cleaned the room every second day. Please if your policy is doing that at least change the towels in the rooms.

Good price basic hotel/ motel Clean and quiet Didn't try breakfast but it is included Location immediately on right after George Washington bridge, slow down you can easily miss it.

Breakfast is in reception very small space, but not really a problem. Need to ask for room to be cleaned they only routinely clean every 3rd day of longer stays, but obviously cleaned between guests.

What i didn’t like about the place there is no water in the rooms unless you walk all the way to the reception for one. And what happens if it’s snowing at night so the manager should put one bottle of water in each room. Then the wash rooms are always cold like ice ,don’t know if the heater cannot reach there . This is my fourth time there and still the same issue . No water washroom always cold

The staff was very nice! The breakfast was an actual hot breakfast and not continental. It was also the cheapest in the area which was nice.

That there are no microwaves in the rooms. You have to walk all the way to the lobby outside to warm up food. The doors closest to the lobby will not let you in if it's too late. You have to go to the B/C doors.

Great price, decent location to NYC and Jersey Cities. Fort Lee is a nice area and a 5 min walk behind the hotel leads you to the shopping area. Plenty of gas stations if you drive too :) The rooms are nice for the price and were clean. Good aircon unit. Was 94f outside but room was kept nice and cold. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Only problem we had was our neighbors children in the room next to us being loud on our last night. This was not the hotels fault and we would have sorted it if we stayed further nights. The walls are fairly soundproof

This BestWestern is excellent for rest near Manhathan. The breakfast is basic but it offers differents choices (jus, oeufs, fruits, yogurt, bread). Even if this place is next to highway the room is quiet and confortable. Staff is very frindly and open to help you.

The indications to arrive will be better because you can lost the entrance if you go fast.
