It was dirty when I arrived. Breakfast is served too late for early flights

The shuttle is NOT with the other hotel shuttles! It is terminal C, far left side when walking out of terminal. Hotel is new. Clean and modern. Comfortable bed. One of few airport hotels with restaurant serving until 10pm.

Wasted a lot of time looking for shuttle. Should be clear when booking and should be on confirmation email.

I liked peoples and place.

Booking doesn't inform you that you need to make an insurance retention, this is annoying, because if the person comes without a card and only with cash, they won't be able to stay.

Very friendly staff, from the shuttle driver to reception to the restaurant. Top notch staff. My room was good size, bed comfortable, coffee maker in room. One important note; follow the instructions on the hotel's confirmation email re: summoning the shuttle from EWR. They pick up at each terminal, not at P4 like the other hotel shuttles. I thought the breakfast was good as was lunch in the restaurant. You get a view of the Manhattan skyline from the restaurant.

Close to the airport but not in a neighborhood you'll want to walk around at night in. The hotel is safe though. Fenced, with security.

Exceptionally comfortable room , mattress and pillows. Spacious room - totally unexpected for the price paid

Breakfast was terrible. They brought food out and didn’t replenish it. Hence , once it ran out there was no more. We arrived for breakfast at 9.15 and couldn’t have milk for the coffee , waffles mix was exhausted, and only a few slices of bread was left. Those arriving after us got nothing. This is the worst attempt at serving breakfast that we have experienced. What a shame when the accommodation is so good for the cost

Very nice amenities, rooms, etc. free hotel shuttle was convenient and there was a bus stop right outside the hotel for easy travel into the heart of Newark. Breakfast was decent (hot breakfast options, decent coffee, waffle irons) and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Close to prudential via bus, which is why we were there.

The location is rough - the neighborhood around the hotel isn’t very clean (not the hotel’s fault) and it smelled bad outside due to the numerous auto repair and other skilled trade shops nearby. There aren’t really many places within walking distance for food. We took an uber to Halal Boyz, which was delicious, and we did walk back but the neighborhood had lots of evidence of lower socioeconomic status and probably substance use, trash on the sidewalks, etc. we didn’t feel unsafe but we are also used to places like Detroit and other similar areas. The bus routes were easy to understand but the bus drivers were often rude or unhelpful for us as we didn’t always know where we were going or if we had the right bus.

I really liked the look of the room and layout. Bed was so comfortable, and room was nice and cold to beat this summer heat. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing negative about the room. Only bad experience was while I was at baggage claim retrieving my luggage, I called for the shuttle to pick me up but nobody at the front desk answered so I had to pay a lyft to drop me off. Calling the number they provide me there was only three options to choose from, front desk, reservation, and the third I forgot but it wasn't shuttle bus because I would of chose that option. I was able to use the shuttle bus to take me back to the airport. We were dropped off at arrivals instead of departures so we had to walk our way up to where we were suppose to be at. Regardless I would stay here again.

Rooms are nice and comfortable.Clean.

It was a mess with airport shuttle-we were 3 families by airport shuttle point thinking what to do as shuttle was not arriving.After calling hotel several times they took the phone and told shuttle is in other point in airpprt.No info anywhere about it.

Love everything RM and breakfast restaurant on rooftop foods especially hamburgers and fries the mgr their has love hospitality great server as well will be back again dislike no inside pool it was worth staying this location close to airport free shuttle bus pickup was great hotel server Ms Paris was the best communication good understanding answer ours questions great help to US first time in Newark New Jersey in Hudson River Pier and New York Brooklyn was great vacation and Honeymoon trip for Me my husband Celebrated 39 th Wedding Anniversary there. The room was fine, staff pleasant.

The one person working was too busy to answer the phone. The shuttle did not pick up at the P station stop with the majority of other shuttles. This was an exhausting and unposted inconvenience.
