Staff was very friendly and polite.

Just a few fixes here and there. My cats did kill a roach, just flushed the dead roach. Even a fresh coat of paint inside and out.

The price was good, and the room was big and clean. The staff was super nice too.

Breakfast wasn't great, but there was a place nearby.

Comfortable bed. Basics all worked (AC, heat, TV, coffeemaker, good hot water, etc.) The flooring in the room seemed pretty new. Desk staff was nice. Price was very good. I didn't have a chance to use the refrigerator or microwave, but it was nice they were provided.

The property is a little run down generally. Could use a refresh in some of the common areas, and a bit more cosmetic maintenance. I realize it is a budget hotel, not a luxury place, so as long as the basics are met (they were), that is my priority anyway.

The door was really hard to open. I was disappointed not to get a ground floor like I requested.

I had a little trouble getting into my room on the night l arrived. The staff did everything possible to fix the issue (broken door lock, couldn’t enter) without success. Had to stay in a less satisfying room for my needs. But they had the problem fixed by the next morning and took care to make that situation right by me. I liked the staff. They were friendly and helpful.

I did not like that people don’t pick up after their dogs. They make available the bags and a dumping station but people still don’t utilize it. Pick up after your dogs. You are going to ruin a good thing.

Always professional even remember to have parking within eye view of room. Stayed in my same room as last time. Comfortable bed, very clean room, no riff raff lingering around. Definitely in my top five hotels to stay in Syracuse.

It may not suite a couple or a family looking for a “hotel” experience. A basic place to sleep. Clean

The bathroom was clean, the safety handbars were prevalent and added to my husband feeling safe taking a shower where there a Was also a chair he could sit in if his legs felt weak.

The hotel could use some upgrading, but it didn’t distract from the comfort of the room.

always cops in and out they never get our room right last time they gave me an occupied room and I was so embarrassed when walked in on the guy showering- good thing he didn’t know I was there
