I like everything it was clean and quiet. We got the king suite the room was big. The staff was friendly and made our stay comfortable. The breakfast was good. I love it when I can make my waffles and to top it off they had packs of peanut butter for my husband and my favorite packs of Nutella for the waffles. The restaurant downstairs was a plus we were too tired to go anywhere else. The chicken parmesan with pasta was delicious. The service was really good.

I have nothing bad to say I would come back if I had to come back to Syracuse again.

First, the lovely CSR Susan checked me in _and_ out for my 1-night stay (that poor woman lol) and she was fantastic. I was super exhausted, but she was super nice and got me into a king room when the booking from Booking wasn't coming through. The room was astoundingly quiet and spacious, the light-blocking curtains closed completely (I know this is weird, but my last hotel stay didn't blackout curtains at all), the bed was quite comfortable, and the room had all the standard amenities. Everything was stocked and super clean. No weird smells or stains anywhere. Zero complaints.

If I had to be picky, I'd say the location isn't great. It's a bit off the beaten path in East Syracuse, and not very close to the airport (maybe 10-15 min away). If you don't mind a little extra drive or an Uber, I'd say it's worth it.

This place checks all the boxes. Clean quiet very large room, super comfortable bed with silky soft sheets, easy check-in, fast elevator, reasonable price. Walk-in shower had good pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain and shampoo & conditioner dispensers (would be nice if they would also add one for body wash). Alicia at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful.

Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

Large, clean, quiet room with a SUPER comfortable bed. Loved the walk-in shower which had good pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain and handy shelf. Nice to have a nightlight in the bathroom. Plenty of space around the sink to set toiletries and also lots of space in the room to set luggage. Good lighting in the room and there was a chair in addition to the one at the desk which was convenient for two people. Easy parking. Reasonable price compared with other area lodging. Friendly and efficient staff.

Like many hotels, this one has taken the very odd approach of not putting towels racks in the bathroom. Despite this inconvenience, we would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

The hotel was clean and the desk person was very helpful and personable. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. They even had plant based milk for us!

The service was great. The manager gave picked us up at the airport but we had to wait for ½ hr for someone else who never showed up before we finally went to the hotel. Understandable but we were tired. We didn't appreciate the artwork of Jesus and the Christian cross and a prayer in the lobby. It's inappropriate for a hotel to have that, regardless of your beliefs.

absolutely impeccable cleanliness, spacious room, everything works, great heating/cooling unit, lovely bathroom with numerous towels, pleasant staff, generous and plentiful free breakfast, free 24 hr coffee, well lite and safe parking, convenient side door access from the parking with your toom access card, lots of snack food purchase options, a TV that really works with excellent sound, comfortable beds, oversized bedding, variety of pillows to meet your comfort needs, lots of space to put your stuff away, strong wifi

A clean comfortable place to stay. Many pillows to arrange how we each liked and friendly staff answered the couple questions we had. Grubhub found our room easily and vending machine/restaurant/servo/bottleshop nearby in case we needed anything.

Would have been nice to have have space to lay out a second suitcase since we each brought one . My Gf said the inroom coffee tasted like coffee water but she drinks super strong stuff so YMMV. Bonus points if the curtains had of fully covered the windows instead of creating a halo around them.

Close to airport and JMA Wireless Dome. Have an Airport shuttle. Exceptionally nice staff. Very clean. Way above average free breakfast — scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels/cream cheese/butter, waffle machines, cereals, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, fruit cups, Unexpected and appreciated perks like a spring water dispenser and two video games in the lobby. An attached restaurant plus a discount liquor store next door, and hotel guests get discounts at both by showing their room key. Owned by a religious Catholic family, so expect to see statues of saints and Jesus in the lobby, but religion is not even mentioned by staff so not at all an issue, just a mentioned so it’s not a surprise.

The staff was attentive to our every need and made sure our stay was comfortable , I arrived early and was greeted by the manager who checked me in without any problems. The room was clean, quiet and had all the amenities that I needed . They have an attached restaurant with a delicious menu and convenience store next door a press room and workout room . Breakfast was enjoyable in the dining area great food choices.

The only drawback is there is no indoor pool, if you’re into swimming so I don’t consider that a real drawback.

Easy access to airport and places to eat wasn’t that far away. I’m 74 years old and health is not the best. The lady behind the desk made sure I had a room on first floor with walk in shower and handrails around the bathroom. TV was perfect. The AC was perfect as well.

The floor above me must of had kids that loved jumping off the bed. That was annoying but by bedtime the noise stopped.
