Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was decent for this type of lodging, with bacon, eggs, make your own waffles etc. Perfect location for all visiting the antique shops and flea markets in the area.

Air conditioning unit was not adjustable and in fact we could not even turn it on. Room got very warm overnight and windows couldn't be opened either as there were no screens. Also, not a fault of the hotel but there is little choice of dining in the entire area!

Everything was spot on. The only complain we had was that we could not leave our tiny dog in the room alone. The hotel would charge us $100 if the dog barked while left unattended. Because of this all the members of my family could not eat together at the restaurant since they had to be with our pet. This is the only complain. Now for the good points, To begin with the 2 individuals that checked us in were excellent. The rooms were spotless with comfy bed, bathroom was clean. Breakfast which was included in the price was above expectation. We used the bar one night, the bartender (should have asked his name, a little older individual) gave us above and beyond stellar service. He had excellent knowledge of the area. The drinks cost were also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Comfort Inn Lancaster county on Denver road, Denver.

The hotel charge $100 to leave the pet unattended if it barks

Ohh I liked everything I think, but if the bathroom has an odor and humidity extractor would be much better. I'm really glad we stayed, We were celebrating my parents #45 wedding anniversary and they were happy to be together before they return to Puerto Rico.

Breakfast was great - both mornings! Delicious coffee. Numerous selections - hot and cold. Great value!

We liked everything. We were in town for a wedding and stayed an extra day to explore area. We loved the Shady Maple Farm Market and the Kettle Kitchen Village. We had delicious meals and snacks and great coffee while exploring! Just skip the Park Place Diner in Denver. Quality of food not good.

Breakfast Bar had many options, we'll prepped. Room were very clean, lots of fresh linens. Pet friendly.

We have no complaints. Suggestion- outdoor fenced in dog run.

The high ratings told the truth about this very nice, family friendly, exceptionally clean hotel located just off the expressway. The full breakfast included was delicious and there was a variety of items to choose from. The bacon and do-it yourself waffle iron was a hit and favored by many of the guests that we dined with. The pool area was supplied well with seating and fresh towels daily. Staff was incredible and so kind our entire stay. We will be staying again!

The only thing I feel could be better was sanitizing stations should be placed at the breakfast bar. Too many chances for cross contamination with the constant traffic back and forth to self- serve. Also, there was a very small trash can on the counter by the coffee that was entirely too small and would overflow very fast, leaving spilled coffee creamer on the counter as guests reached over to place there leaking coffee creamer containers in the trash can provided below the counter.

My family and I stayed here twice and everything was perfect and clean. We loved our stay and we especially enjoyed the pool. Hopefully get to come again next summer. We are incredibly thankful for the staff for their professionalism and work. My dog, was welcomed here with no problems and she also enjoyed her time at the hotel! THANK YOU
