We stayed in a two king suite. Room was huge and comfortable.

At 11pm they lock the lobby doors which is not a bad thing but the security person that greets you treats you like your not good enough to be staying at this hotel. We went to a concert at the Fisher Center and it was after 11pm when we returned to the hotel. There is a 24 hour front desk but they still lock the door for security. I am 64 years old and splurged to stay here for my birthday. I have never been treated like I wasn’t good enough to be at a hotel before.

The location is amazing if you’re going to the arena or downtown area. It was very inexpensive for the location. The bed was comfortable, my group felt safe, and the room was huge. Also, the breakfast in the morning had so many options and it tasted pretty good.

It is so confusing to find the entrance. They need to have more signs or send an email with exact directions on how to drive to the place to check in and valet your car. Also, the guy at the front desk who checked us in was SO rude and patronizing to us. We were a group of early 20’s girls. He treated us like we were so stupid, and just based on his attitude I wanted to pack up my stuff and find somewhere else to stay.

It is in a very convenient location, starting with being next door to The Country Music Hall of Fame. Despite being in the middle of the action it was very quiet inside and conducive to rest. As usual with Hamptons have stayed at the breakfast is very good. It is also just steps away from Martins Barbecue and other great eating spots.

The room was VERY clean, it smelled great all throughout the building. So you knew it was clean. The beds and pillows were AMAZING which is the biggest deal for me, we had a double queen room handicap accessible so it was large, bathroom was huge, very clean. Only complaint I could have is the body wash and conditioner were empty LOL but I had brought my own anyways for back up!

Only thing I can say is the body wash and conditioner were both empty. I did bring my own so it was all good. Nothing bad to say. Place is clean and comfortable beds!!

The convenience of being in walking distance to everything thay we wanted to see..

Being woke up due to construction on the side of the building that are room was on the last 2 mornings at 6:30 A.M.( It would have been nice to have a room on the opposite side of the building ). Also how when we were checking out, we weren't even spoken to cause she was busy having a personal conversation with one of the valet people.

Room was large, comfy and clean

Hilton sent email asking if wanted to upgrade. There was options and one was late checkout. So I requested that. (Certain amount of money) So made plans according to new checkout time. But when get there: that is not true. Said I can call and ask at checkout for extension but hotel is full and she can tell me now that is not going to happen. So why set up the expectation??!! This is a serious marketing flaw: that sets up unreal expectations!!! My advice: don’t send that stupid email asking about upgrades only to pull the rug out!!!!!!

Great location

The bartender was very rude. She seemed bothered to have to do her job. We had been out walking most of the day and wanted to just relax at the hotel and have drinks , we were sitting in the bar area and was told the bar would be open til 9. Then at 830 she left never even asked if we wanted any more drinks. We specifically asked what time the bar would be open til and she said 9

The staff and breakfast both were great.

Its just worn down. The bathroom was in pretty bad shape. It was very clean but many things in the hotel were just worn out. The maintenance guy helped us out. You can see he has done his best at patching a lot of things and fixing them. With the good things like the staff, cleanliness and breakfast, if a full blown renovation was added this would be without a doubt a 5 star hotel.

the complimentary breakfast was very good. Location is ideal close to museum and Broadway.

Having to pay such a high price ($49/day) to park was not cool. Should be discounted if not free for hotel guests. The valet had to park and retrieve cars. Locating the area to bring your car to for the valet to park it was very convoluted. The area was very congested with other vehicles obstructing the street into the back of the hotel. Wasn't happy about any of it.

The hotel was very close to where we wanted to go. Valet service was excellent. Breakfast was very good, but of course would have loved to have made to order omelets etc.

Although the front desk stated our room was ready, the hotel required a $25 fee to check in early. WHY? I had driven a long distance in a rental vehicle and would have so loved to have freshened up without being charged the extra fee to do so. This is certainly a disservice to honor members, like myself! In addition, the front desk recommended a food establishment that we could order from and have delivered and it was by far the worst meal we had. It had to be thrown out. I would suggest not recommending anything if you're not sure the food is good.
