I was in town for work and normally would not have stayed in the Auburn area, but glad I did. I called 3 other hotels that said they had hot tubs, but all their hot tubs were “out of service.” I then came across your Hotel and your hot-tub was in service so that’s why I decided to stay at the BW. I really enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the workout facility. The breakfast was really nice too. I loved the bathtub in the room as well.

I did get double charged for the room which my job was not thrilled about. The charge was credited back so all is well. I did not see the Mountain.

I wish I could remember the name of the man that helped us, it was late, between 11 & midnight. When we got to our room, our TV wasn’t working. We aren’t the type of people to complain about minor inconveniences but the gentlemen did tell us during check in, “if you find that something isn’t working to your standards, please let us know so we can fix it right away” So we did. He sent someone to help, right away. I’d say within 2-3 minutes. The man he sent, checked it out & also wasn’t able to get it to work. So the gentleman at the front desk got us a new room & it was upgraded. It was beyond our expectations & really meant a lot; since we don’t stay away from home often. 10/10 customer service, I will 100% return if back in the area again.

Everything exceeded our standards.

The location was close to the main streets and the avenues. The breakfast was surprisingly good. One attendant even made delicious & authentic breakfast burritos. Yogart machine & a hot beverage machine that has 20 options. Both were great.

Simi trucks parking late into the night with their backup warning beebing. It was a facility next to the parking on the southeast side of the Inn. Next time, I'll ask for a room on the NW side. We also found the coffee pot was plugged into an outlet that didn't work. And, the lamps USB charging station wasn't working. The couch had a silver dollar size burn hole. Flipped cushion & and the other side wasn't better. It looks like it should have been replaced a long time ago.

The staff was kind and accomadating. I was taking a class and it was a great place to have hosting us. Room was huge with great amenities. Loved the separate vanity. My son has nocturnal epilepsy and had a grand mal seizure the second or third night and I cannot tell you how much I loved having an easy switch light right between the beds. I was able to leap out of bed and switch the light on very quickly. The breakfast was so good! I don't normally eat like that but for just this week was great!

The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. They left my head and neck hurting.

Entry lobby is beautiful and fireplace inviting due to chilly January. Bed extremely comfortable. Heater work great! In room Fridge is really big. Morning breakfast was delicious and I loved the variety.

Bldg. Had some electrical issues being worked on so 1 elevator was out of service. Issue if you have walking problems. Housecleaning may wish to do final room check before departing. Little pieces of TP/kleeenex in corners of restroom. 1 corner of bed looked like it was sat on before I arrived. Free toiletries (shampoo/conditioner) were super tiny and would not work for 2 people in the room.

The staff was so friendly and caring for all the cheer leaders in town. Accomidating to everyone, breakfast options were very decent loved that they had a staff fave that was offered up. Pool area was nice.

Wish for breakfast they had more than 1 waffle iron especially since there was so many people in line waiting to make them. But over it was still a great stay

Beds and pillows were super comfy staff was very friendly even when we came in after 1145pm from a concert. The breakfast buffet was one of the best variety I've seen in a long time. Clean and well maintained.

Coffee supplies were in the room but no coffee pot to make it with. The price was a little more spendy then the overall worth but will most likely stay again due to how pleased I was with everything else.

staff was nice, room was nice even though we did not spend a lot of time in the room. we were able to bring the dogs and that is always great for us since they are very well behaved. The girls where very busy when we checked in and some of the rooms had not yet been cleaned but they kept a smile and stayed calm.

we did not get to spend more time there and we went to a concert, so we stayed out so late we missed breakfast. I actually had not idea what time it was served cuz they forgot to tell me but that was kind of my fault I had driven 3 hours and we more focused on getting to the restroom. lol.

The front desk clerk wad so ljnd and understanding. I booked the Wrong day, but she was able to get me In that night. She helped me contact booking.com and best Western to make sure i wouldn't be double charged. I appreciated her help very much! .

The pool was cold, so the kids complained

Staff, Breakfast, 2 double beds clean tub, sinks too.

In a district of light industrial warehouses just off of the I-5 south. the double sinks arent contained in the bathtub/toilet area. No instructions on how to turn on the lighted mirror just in the entrance. We figured that this was a lighted mirror because there were no other light sources seen. Couldn’t call the front desk phone was broken. Hubby had to go to the front desk and he did return with an associate, who showed us the switch and how to work it.
