I called the desk at 10:15 on Sat night as the room above me were jumping all over the floor! I put up with as I had turned in at 9 p.m and they woke me up They had been doing this for about 20 minutes or more. Front desk ask was I sure they were above me! Then said he would take care of it in about 10 minutes! I was to continue hearing this noise, I asked couldn't he call them? It started up again around 11:15 and lasted for about another 15 minutes. I didn't bother to call front desk. A sleepless night in Bellingham and I feel you should adjust my bill for the rudeness of other guest. Thank you Becky VanCura room 206 July 13 to 16th stay

I liked that it had a heated pool, they were able to accommodate all the things I asked for and were extremely friendly and hospitable.

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast, it's supposed to run from 7am -10am, we arrived at around 7:50am to breakfast and most everything was cold, extremely over cooked and hard, the eggs were super watery and nothing was being refreshed, for having to pay $15 per an adult this breakfast "buffet" was definitely a waste of money when other hotels include this type of breakfast free.

I liked the great restaurant on premises, l liked that everything was clean and well maintained, I liked that the quality of the premises and rooms were set to a standard. These things make me feel comfortable. I also felt like my belongings and vehicle were safe while staying there.

The elevators were a bit janky. While getting on the elevator with the doors open it would raise a few inches all of a sudden. They were jerky and made you wonder about safety. That was the only thing I could think of.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds are firm. Personally, I prefer a softer bed. The sauna wasn't working but that's ok. I used the hot tub, no jets except circulating ones for the chlorine and the pool was good. The breakfast buffet was an additional price if you don't stay there. It's a comprehensive buffet not just Continental. It's across from the airport. It's the reason I stay but only a personal preference, I'd love a softer bed.

We didn't eat at the hotel because there was always food at our family event. What we liked best was the pool and hot tub. Also the decor of the lobby and rooms was delightful. It was welcoming and beautiful.

The only things that could have been better were the view from our room (mainly we saw the roof of the swimming area), and the rather strong smell of chlorine in the pool area.

Clean and comfortable. Safe and great parking. Easy access from freeway, near airport, but quiet. Great parking. Nice pool, hot tub and steam rooms. Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff.

Was disappointed with breakfast. When entered buffet all but one table was covered with used dishes, no one was clearing any tables. Scrambled eggs were runny, bacon very greasy, no muffins of any kind.

Proximity to the airport. Left my car there and walked across to the airport.

I like this hotel because it’s not by any busy street/stores or restaurants so it’s pretty quiet for the most part. The pool and hot tub were nice.

Beds are too hard, made for a restless nights sleep. Couch in the living area of our sweet was uncomfortable to sit on for very long. Our room smelled oddly like food when we arrived and throughout our stay, not sure if we were above the restaurant kitchen? Would be nice to have continental breakfast offered. Disappointed that the sauna was out of order.

Location is great, my kids loved watching the airplanes take off. Breakfast service was a little slow but the food was good and the restaurant wasn’t overly busy at 8am on a Sunday morning. The bathroom lighting was exceptional, not like the typical harsh bathroom lighting most hotels have. It was a cool room, the trundle beds worked really well for having multiple kids. The price was definitely on the lower end of our typical hotel stays and the room and location was on the nicer end.

Very good sound proofing. We could watch the planes take off but couldnt hear them. Breakfasts were extensive..all very good. Pools and sauna were very clean.

Guests upstairs were very heavy footed but that wasnt the hotels problem Would prefer a better coffee selection for the Keurig and non-stop coffee cups.
