When I first checked in late on Tuesday, September 24th, the front desk was wonderful. He was professional and efficient. He was also there on Wednesday, September 25th evening. He was great!

On Thursday, September 26th, the person at the front reception (different individual) was not as polite or professional as the representative that helped me check in on the 25th late at night. This representative was insisting that I come down from my bed asleep to pay for my new stay on the 26th thru the 27th. I was exhausted and said I would be down, but he kept calling and waking me up. My father was dying in the local hospital (Providence Everett) and there wasn't much compassion from this representative of yours. It makes a difference when someone is professional and kind as opposed to "uncaring" and on the rude side.

Liked the spacious room, the handicap handles for the tub, the helpful staff, and the mini-store. We also appreciated the complementary 11:30 check-out.

Didn't like the breakfast. We have stayed at La Quinta in Bellingham, WA and the breakfast there included fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, and half-&-half for the coffee, which were all missing at Everett La Quinta. A small microwave would be helpful to re-heat the biscuits and gravy, because they were not very warm.

The staff really worked with me on my reservation /payment issues I kept having. What could have been disastrous for me and my belongings while I was at work was dealt with with a bit of trust and a lot of patience on their part and I will never forget that. I will be staying here a lot more in the near and far future. Thank you to all the staff here. And the breakfast was well worth getting up for in the mornings for sure. Outstanding

The wifi was a bit spotty during peak times but I'm not sure that's something in their control

The associate that checked us in was very polite and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and nice, and the bed was very comfortable.

While the room was nice, a couple items were in disrepair. The mounts for the curved shower rod were broken resulting in the shower curtain sliding to the middle because the curved part hung down. Also, the sink faucet handle was broken but at least it was still mostly functional. I mentioned this to the associate at the desk when we checked out.

The building looks and smells great!!! The beds are comfy!!! The girl at the counter was friendly and kind and helped us with all our questions/ requests. breakfast is just awesome here!!! Recommend to stay here 100%.

The carpet area in one of our rooms looked clean but smelled really bad like muggy feet. I told housekeeping and no odor got removed during our stay but hopefully it doesn't smell bad for the next guests? Overall it's a nice clean place!!!

The staff was helpful and responsive. The sheets were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The facility is older and the rooms could use an update, but it was good value.

It was hidden behind the Best Western and was kind of hard to find the first time. The breakfast beverages didn't have many options and there wasn't any creamer besides powder.

Great breakfast facility. Comfortable seating and table sizes. Nice ambient fireplace! Tasty choices for breakfast. I learned that my waffle batter at home is too thick, so I will now thin it down and make it like yours. The people who take care of the breakfast area did an outstanding job and were also very kind and welcoming. Also, the manager was very conscientious and friendly. The desk staff were cheerful and helpful. They always acknowledged our going in and out.

We had to get a new card key almost every time we came back to the hotel, but it was always a swift process. Not sure if it was the access pad on our door was malfunctioning or if the quality of card keys needs to be better. Not a big deal really.

Very nice staff. Bed was so comfortable and the room was clean. Close walking to food and Safeway.

The only complaint the diverter that adjusts the hot and cold in the shower needs to be adjusted because it wasn’t working properly(needs a simple adjustment with a screwdriver). Also the air conditioner I think shut off and didn’t work while I was getting ready but the housekeeper reported it and it worked all of a sudden so I think it’s controlled which is weird.

Amazing breakfast, location was good for what we had planned for the trip. Good priced gas station snacks in walking distance. Room had cold A/C, Refrigerator and microwave..

Brought attention to staff about some issues that our room had as soon as we checked and felt like it got shrugged off.. So disruptive people next room over on Saturday morning.. No paper guide for TV but ended up figuring that out.

It had a lot of parking. It also had nice rooms. It was close to some food options. Low rates and with breakfast included. Right off the highway.

The carpets had some stains. New shampoos, conditioners etc were not offered. It seems like they just keep using the same big bottles and are replaced only until they are finished. I prefer when they offer travel size products.
