Great location with easy (albeit steep steps!) walk into town for restaurants, shops and looking at the harbour. We had a wonderful suite, with a large and very comfortable lounge. The washing machines and tumble driers were free to use, you just needed powder. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Adequate breakfast.

The air conditioning unit was in the lounge, so very difficult to get the bedroom cool. Expensive!

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. There was a choice for breakfast. Most of the staff were helpful. Great location for lots of things we needed - an early start to Hurricane Ridge (entrance about 5 min drive). Really close to the town restaurants, the supermarket is just around the corner and the car ferry terminal for Vancouver Island is a couple of mins drive. There is a great short cut to town down a set of steps (maybe 60 steps?) but you can also drive or walk along the street if mobility is a problem.

Weirdly, although the breakfast was good and quite varied, the coffee was awful :(

Breakfast was more than just cold cereal and fruit. Scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, yogurt, waffles. Rooms were large. Heater/air conditioner were in the bathroom, closet area, not next to the bed. Good sized vanity and sink. There was a desk with chair, a nice bench in front of the bed and an extra chair and floor lamp. Plenty of places to plug in electronics. Right at the top of the bluff so you have a view of the straits. Staircase that leads to downtown. Safeway is only a block away.

The bathroom sink did not drain well. Everything else was great.

Excellent location to explore Olympic National Park. Able to walk into Port Angeles for restaurants. Check in staff friendly and obliging. House keeping is only every 3 days but clean towels etc can be requested if required. Breakfast room was small but adequate. Nice to be able to have seats available to relax and view Port Angeles.

The location here is fantastic with a view overlooking the ferry dock as well as Ediz Hook to the west and the main downtown area. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. All the rooms in the north building have angled windows providing water views.

With the high walk-on foot traffic to and from the waterfront and ferry, the immediate vicinity felt very safe but am not sure about some areas further east and west.

Upon entering the room, it smells good and clean. Large room. Good water pressure. Comfortable bed. Has free laundry, just need to purchase detergent in the vending machine. Good breakfast! enough to fuel your body before heading to Olympic National Park. Staff was cery friendly. We arrived late, and he upgraded us because he said “why not”. We had a nice stay.

Our room was very clean, and even though the building is older, you can tell they take good care of it. Staff at the desk was very friendly!

Hard to find anything to complain about honestly. The only tiny thing is I wish we could have streamed on the TV, but that's not a big deal at all, especially for one night.

Simple appointments with everything you need. Two comfortable chairs. Good lighting and convenient electrical outlets and USB ports. Excellent shower head. Box of facial tissues. Nice view of the Strait. Convenient location to Safeway and local restaurants. Good oranges at breakfast.

Cereal options were limited to sugary brands.

Was dark when I checked in. When hit entry light switch there was no light. Had to prop open door to get a bit a light and use cell phone to find an interior lamp. Bathtub area is time for a refinish.

Very spacious, new interior with good shower and very comfortable beds. Very close to downtown yet quiet area.

On the outside a bit run down but dont let that fool you
