The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is directly at the ariport, but is situated so that you don't hear any airplane noise. A gas station is located just out front and noise from it was not too loud. The hotel is what it promises: a good bed near the airport. The light rail and a Denny's restaurant are only a short walk away and convenient for those without a car. The airport shuttle is fast and efficient.

I stayed at the Red Roof Inn Seattle Airport – SEATAC for one night, and it was a convenient choice. The location is close to the airport and within walking distance, with well-maintained sidewalks making the walk easy and safe. Next to the hotel, there are two gas stations where you can buy drinks and snacks, as well as a Denny’s restaurant for a quick meal. The motel has a typical setup—simple but clean and comfortable. It’s easy to feel at home here, even if you stay longer than just one night. If you want to visit downtown Seattle, the Sound Transit train station is nearby, offering a round trip for about $6 and taking roughly 35 minutes. Additionally, there is a free shuttle to the airport that runs every 30 minutes, which is very convenient. The staff at check-in were friendly and accommodating. They even allowed us to store our luggage after check-out, which was very helpful. Considering the price, the overall value of the stay was excellent.

While the motel is basic and doesn’t have much charm or atmosphere, it fully meets expectations for an airport motel, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

We travel frequently. Red Roof Inn is not palatial however it meets the requirements for a one night stay before taking a flight from SeaTac . The staff was better than you often find at more expensive motels and the shuttle was timely and comfortable. No breakfast who cares about processed food and cellophane packages . For the money we recommend this easy access place to rest your head in peace, quiet and safety. Take an Uber to find a restaurant as there are no options within walking distance.

the staff was very nice, especially Tanea. The location was perfect. very close to the airport and there was a free shuttle(not the afternoon from 1pm ~ 4pm? though) also there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel and could transfer to the subway which brought me all the way to the downtown Seattle and enjoy all the tours from there! I was the man who did not rent a car and instead do all the tours so it was perfect place for me to stay. The price is very reasonable. There was a gas station right in front of the hotel so I could use the store there, bought cokes and etc. Also there was nice Chinese restaurant right next to the Hotel Ramada Inn so I could use there too. It seems the area was safe at night too.(maybe because I am a man... some ladies left a comment that it was little bit scary at night because there were not that many lights around there. Well in my opinion in the US, you have to be careful at night anyhow. However, compare to most other big cities in the US such as LA, Chicago and New York where I visited, the area around red roof inn was okay even at night.

well there is a laundry machine but the hotel did not carry the detergent. May be I could check the store in the gas station but I didnt. It would be nicer if they are ready to help those who would like to do the laundry. Moreover, there was no dumbells at all in the fitness center. If there are a couple of dumbells, it would be perfect for those who need to work out.

Finally got to the hotel. Room-- Micro and fridge. No clock. It was clean. Left of the hotel are 2 gas stations and a Dennys. The desk tried to print boarding pass for me but a problem came up with the airlines that I had to deal with!! No break is offered.

I booked this hotel because it had shuttle service from the airport. In the basic information at the top of the page on booking.com there was NO times for pickup listed. It was not until after I booked it when I sent a email to them did I find out the from 1245 to 4 there is NO shuttle service. When I checked in to the hotel there were 2 other calls that she got from people at the airport about shuttle service. It cost me $15 for a 5 min ride to the hotel. I told the desk lady how dumb that was and she said she had nothing to do with it! It does tell you at the very BOTTOM of the booking.com page. How stupid.

Close to the airport. Free shuttle. Quiet. The room was huge very clean. No smoking.

The only food option close-by was a vending machine full of junk food. The lobby needs updating and the hallway wasn't very clean. The option #4 required to contact the lobby wasn't working and this was the only option provided. Called more than 20 times during a 20 minute period. Waiting in a cold and noisy area for the shuttle. Finally tried the booking option and they dispatched the shuttle but it took another 20 minutes to arrive. NOT FUN. Staff would not provide any alternative contact after being asked. Don't rely on a shuttle pick up here.

Check in was very easy, the hotel was quiet, very clean, modern bathroom, comfy bed. I prefer a breakfast option but I have to admit the coffee in the rooms was fine and there was also coffee in the lobby. However, there was only one place nearby (that I saw) to obtain food. The shuttle was good. I didn't mind that there wasn't a shuttle to Pier 66 because hotels that offer that amenity charge more for the room There are many options to get from the airport to the pier.

The lack of free wifi. I travel a lot and most hotels offer free wifi ( I don't stay at hotels with a resort fee) People who are traveling need a reliable way to communicate. Not everyone has a smart phone. I believe this wifi plan required a purchase on a monthly basis. I don't mind paying a small amount (I.e. Motel 6 charges $3-4) We needed more amenities than 1 very tiny bar of soap at the sink and one of the edge of the bath. Don't care about shampoos and lotions. Lack of even a minimal breakfast to get started on the day.

the location is perfect. very close to the airport. nice to go to the seattle downtown since there is a bus stop right next to the hotel. That A line bus is two stop away from the subway which only costs 3 dollars to the Seattle downtown. Moreover, the price was reasonable. The Bed was big and comfortable. The staff was very kind, especially Tanea.

there was no dumbell in the fitness center. Moreover, they did not sell the detergent so I could not use the washing machine.

Red Roof Inn is located adjacent to the SEA TAC airport. It has free shuttle van pick up and drop off from airport. We also walked to/from airport via the rail link station walkway stairs. Denny's is just down the road (half way between the hotel and the rail link/Seatac airport) and we walked over and ate there. Location is great for a base to tour Seattle. Just hop on the rail link and ride into the city. I liked that the hotel room window could open and provide fresh air and an ok view. Good shower and clean room.

Fantastic location right across from the airport, could even walk, but they sent a shuttle right to my location in a brand new van. The hotel is huge and a bit older with some upgrades, but extremely clean. The staff was wonderful and welcoming, even though I got in quite late. Frankly, I think this is a hidden gym. Extremely well priced. Also, there is an excellent Vietnamese restaurant two doors down that closes at about 10:30 PM and it opens at 6:30 AM. Highly recommended.
