They provide a little breakfast buffet - complementary. They don't hover but a nice lady sits nearby and helps when necessary. She doesn't get angry or flustered when people make a mess - she just helps them get what they want and cleans up behind them. It was really very nice.

I feel I paid a lot but I blame Booking.com for that. I notified them in advance I'd be a late arrival. The meeting point for the shuttle at the airport was a bit complex and difficult but that was not the hotel's fault. The driver handled my bag and everyone was very accommodating.

Breakfast was excellent. Good shuttle service. Front office staff excellent. LOVED the bed; it was so comfortable.

Found the AC difficult to set for a comfortable temperature. We alternated between too cold and too warm. HATED the sliding door into the bathroom. It was noisy so disturbed my husband when I got up during the night. It was difficult to open from the fully closed position because there’s no handle. It didn’t open smoothly; it was very stiff.

Our room was very clean & bed was comfy. We were able to walk over to I-Hop for a meal: very convenient. The staff was great. We were able to store our luggage there for the day & do Mt. Rainer trip & then do airport shuttle for our flight that night.

Some traffic noise

None of the above mentioned things were available at Sleep in (Spa, meals, etc.) It was clean, the staff at the desk were great particularly Monica on my return visit.

The price but I don't blames the hotel, that was all Booking.com. They had lovely soaps and things available and the rooms were clean. The shower on my return was unusual and not at all roomy but everything was satisfactory.

Staff at front desk was extremely helpful. We ate at the dining area just to the right of the check in desk and a well-dressed older woman (80's or 90's) walked through crying because she was hungry. Her family had left her alone at the hotel with no money or transportation to get food, so the front desk staff arranged for her to have a complimentary meal on the house. My sister and I were going to buy her a meal but the hotel staff beat us to it. The shuttle to the airport was on the spot exactly when we needed them.

Booking.com never sent the reservation to Sleep Inn. Even though I had a confirmation number from booking.com, it was worthless. The hotel staff at the desk told me that this happens all the time. Long story short, I had no room reserved even though I had reserved it through booking.com weeks before. Fortunately they were able to find a room for me at a higher rate.. next time I will book directly with the hotel

Super helpful staff and clean if a little dated facilities. It looks like they are undergoing some big renovations at the moment. The room was of a really great quality with a comfortable bed, new carpets and a quality finish. Breakfast had a good range of options and was cooked perfectly.

The restaurant was a little crowded at breakfast but I'm sure this will be sorted in the renovations.

Unfortunately the parking was very limited and the spaces were so small the driver had to squeeze in his side and backup the car to let me (the passenger ) into the car…

Your shuttle service is terrible ! We had to call 3 times after being promised the shuttle service would be there in 10 minutes to SeaTac airport. It took them 45 minutes while we stood in the cold outdoors !!! Unacceptable !

I liked it’s proximity to both the airport and the light rail station.

I didn’t like the fact there was so few restaurants in the vicinity within walking distance.
