I like that the receptionist tried to help all guests efficiently. The hotel was completely booked, and an early check was a challenge. I also appreciate Yanick giving me very good directions to Pompidou Museum and Galleria Lafayette. I also had a good experience with interactions with Jean- Michele and the gentleman who seated me in the restaurant.

I was in room 203 and seemed to hear a clicking sound, not sure where it was resonating from inside the room or outside in the hall.

Room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The area was very quiet at night. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

We did find a bed bug in the bed but Paris has had widespread problems. I left the bed bug on the bedside table and despite cleaners obviously coming in to tidy the room, the bed bug was not removed. We ended up bringing a bed bug home but apart from that, we were very fortunate it appeared to be one single bedbug and they haven't spread in our house.

I like the fact that there was a bicycle station that was also userfriendly, supermarkets and Restaurants are also closed. But the most amazing part of my stay were the staff at the Hotel, especially 2 Receptionists.

This issue has nothing to do with the hotel. I had more of an issue with some guess that were staying there. They sort of diminished the image of the hotel when I 1st approached the building.

Clean room, enough storage space, nice bathroom, good connection to the city

The Room was very clean and spacious. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. The toiletries "Reve de Miel" were of a very high quality. Fresh orange juice was available at breakfast. During the day ice cold still and sparkling water were available from taps in the Reception area. The breakfast was nice with a good selection of breads and pastries. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided excellent directions and advice on Metro lines.

Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good, lots of choice. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room. Useful parking on site and could leave the car for a few hours in the car park even after we checked out so could make the most of our time before we had to travel home. Toiletries and hairdryer useful. 5 min walk to Metro.

Towels didn't smell very fresh.

This is a great hotel if you are planning to visit the flea market in Paris. It is also very convenient if you like to go into the center so the local trains take you there in just a few minutes. Breakfast is nice and parking is in the same building. Everything runs very smooth in this establishment.

We had such a wonderful stay! The staff were lovely, and so welcoming and friendly. Our twin room was spacious with very comfy beds and everything was pristine from the bathroom to the tea making facilities. We especially loved getting l’eau pétillante on tap from the lobby every morning.

Breakfast is a little on the pricey side but there are loads of great eateries nearby.

The Hotel Stuff are very welcoming, The front office team are all humble and very professional and well mannered. Food selection at breakfast was excellent. The room was clean. I felt very comfortable during my stay. I will definitely come again. Thanks to the whole team and thank you for Staff cleaning room.

The room was small but very neat and well equipped. The bedding was wonderful, and the bathroom was good (clean & functional). The location has many restaurants around which are convenient, and metro access is very good. Good parking facility, well worth it if you have a car.

Strange smell outside the rooms - possibly related to the carpets (but inside the room - there is no smell and it is very nice)
