That we had to move on

Location was good, and well connected to the Metro and different restaurants in the area. The rooms were clean, the view beautiful and staff very friendly.

The night we arrived, one of the beds was not made. And we called down to the front desk to ask them to bring us sheets. We needed to remind them approximately 5 times before somebody came to make the second bed. By that time, it was already past 11 PM and we were travelling with a 4 year old.

Location is fantastic, walking mins to metro and SNCF train station

The experience was very pleasant. The ambiance and comfort were excellent. The staff was cooperative and humble, and the breakfast was awesome. I suggest this place for short and long stays as well. "The plus point is that it is very close to the train station."

I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the toilet in the restroom. However, the overall cleanliness of the restroom, excluding the toilet, was good and acceptable. As a Muslim, I appreciate having a Muslim shower in the toilet, but I understand that this is not a common practice in Europe, so I did not include this point in my rating.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Hotel was very clean and bed very comfortable.

a true gem of a hotel if you need to take the train the next day, right across from the Gare de Lyon. Staff was wonderful, the coffee was superb, the bedroom was clean and the bed was great; my only issue was the heating. It happened to be a cold day and I had to ask for a portable heater because the heating was not up to standard.

Great location 2 minutes from Gare de Lyon and some nice restaurants/cafes in the area. We enjoyed walks by the Seine to Louvre and Bastille areas. Room was modern, quiet,clean, comfy bed and good shower.

In advance I requested a nice view as this was our wedding anniversary trip. However we were put on the 2nd floor with view of a wall which made the room a bit dark. The receptionist showed no interest in improving this and said nothing better was available. We were out sightseeing mostly so it wasn't the end of the world, just disappointing.

The staff at front desk were imcredibly helpful and kind. They were patient and helpful with the language differences and did very well with english language.

Cleaning of room was only issue. Not offered clean coffee cups or towels without asking. Garbage and recycle bin is very small so it should be checked daily but once again it was only checked when we asked for towels. A 7 day stay should receive some room clean.

Modern and beautifully done. Very clean. Great hairdryer. Really nice products in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel & moisturiser). Brilliant breakfast. Great for the kids -they had a play area with games (connect 4 and chess). The staff were good and gave the kids little treats (chocolate bars). Great location right by the metro and great if you are travelling onwards from Gare de Lyon. We also paid for the view and loved seeing the Eiffel Tower throughout the day and night.

This is nitpicking but very minor gripe about the shower screen not completely stopping water going on the floor.
