When we arrived, the receptionist was welcoming and friendly with a smile on his face. The room met our needs and was clean. The bathroom had toiletries and nice towels. The breakfast hours were great as we wanted to rest in the morning. The breakfast was delightful and fresh, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The waiter and waitress tending the breakfast bar were kind, welcoming, and professional. Hotel Central Saint Germain offers luggage storage which we appreciated and made our departure day smoother. The location is excellent, with easy access to the train, restaurants, and sites. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The fire alarm battery was dying, and I forgot to mention it to the front desk. It kept beeping throughout the night.

Really excellent location. Decent value for money. This is a clean, organised, well-run hotel, which served our purpose well. Just be aware it’s a ‘no frills’ hotel: no impressive frontage, no amazing views from the windows, no bar, no comfortable communal sitting area and a basic but perfectly fine breakfast buffet. That all added up to what we wanted. It delivered well at a very fair price, especially given where it is. Recommended without hesitation, if this is what you’re after.

Loved everything about this hotel, the location is gold, staff and cleaning service was on point, the room and bathrooms were spacious compared to standard parisian hotels, the bedding was very comfortable. If it had frige and microwave, it would been better but that was a minor thing. We walked to Monoprix everyday which is in couple min. walking distance and got everything. the area is filled with good vives, right next to SORBONNE and about 10 min or so walk tothe SEINE , NOTRE DAME. so many restaurants, bars in the area. I would love ti stay here again‼️

Hotel room was for three adults, we received a triple room on the third floor. Room 105. The room was comfortable with enough space for our 3 cabin sized baggage and to still walk around. Beds are exceptionally comfortable... I would love to have brought the duvet home! The bathroom was spacious with a step over the bath shower. The shower was out of this world, Great power and no limit to hot water. The lift is quite slow, but that's not so bad! Breakfast is a help yourself buffet, fabulous freshly baked croissants, hot breakfast selection, coffees/teas limitless and a wide buffet selection of other items. Staff were friendly and assisted us with 'holding' our luggage on the last day. Location - 4-5 minute walk to Notre Dame... within Latin Quarter..location is defo 10/10.

Lift was a little slow but even that was not so bad!

This is a nice hotel and it was perfect for our needs. It was the ideal location for us to visit family. The breakfast is nice, plenty of choice.

The only thing that I was disappointed with was the door to the hotel that I used. Being a wheelchair user I needed to use the step free door at the front of the hotel, a sliding door. For some reason this sliding door was always locked and I had to signal the front desk to get it opened. I'd have to wait a few minutes if there was nobody there. The weather was good but if it was raining then it wouldn't be satisfactory.

Hotel Central Saint Germain is conveniently located in the heart of Paris, with major sites a short walk away. These include Notre Dame/Sainte Chappelle on the ile de la cite, the Sorbonne, the Pantheon, Jardin du Luxemborg, etc. The rooms are big enough and the amenities are good. The front desk staff is very approachable and helpful, especially to us English-speaking Americans who only know a little French. Water pressure was amazing and hot water was immediately available. Overall a very good experience.

The hairdryer in the bathroom looked like it was straight out of 1974 and did not blow with the heat and intensity we're used to. Also, while the shower had great water pressure, it was almost too hard. The tub/showers are equipped with a clear plastic shield that only went half way, so the floors were soaked after each shower.

A wonderful hotel, spotless and perfect location,less than 5 mins from Notre Dame..Cluny metro at bottom of street..lovely breakfast,both hot and cold options.. thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to revisit next year.Merci!

The location is amazing, next to the Pantheon and the Luxembourg gardens and it is very easy to transfer wherever in a short amount of time. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Everything was great, the room very clean. We stayed there during the Christmas holidays and we had a box of chocolates as a gift from the hotel, it was very nice and thoughtful:)

Spacious room for paris, with big bathroom and separate WC this stay which felt like a luxury ! Clean room and comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and helpful , we rebooked another stay as we liked it so much, they are keeping our bags during some travels which helps us a lot. Super great location walking distance from Saint Michel and saint Germain de Pres and many monuments. Safe neighborhood, one of my favorites in paris.

The staff was sooooo friendly! My family was a lot and would take over the lobby but the front desk staff and breakfast staff was always so welcoming and kind. Not only were they understanding, but they would talk with us and my kids and offer them treats (asking me first-which was so thoughtful). They truly made our stay!
