We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is located in an excellent neighbourhood, safe and near to transportation. Is small and beautiful and nice for a family. Our room was small enough but nice and clean. The staff was excellent and very helpful! The breakfast was descent. Nothing special but it was ok to start your day.

I know that Paris is not a budget city. I also recognise that if you want to stay in the center of Paris, the price is too high. But I believe that this hotel can be more affordable. Or you can upgrade something (breakfast for sure) to keep the same price. Also, I believe that the view from our room was not good, as the roof of the garden is not well maintained.

Staff were 10 out 10. Absolutely fabulous, attentive, cheerful and helpful. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and well looked after. The breakfasts were delicious. We had a lovely stay.

Our room was extremely small, so small we could not get past the end of our bed to get to the bathroom, so we had to climb over the bed. Also we could hear every person come up and down the stairs and using the lift, we could also hear every flush of someone's wc and their showers.

The location is great. Metro, buses and RER are a short walk away as are a selection of bars, cafes and restaurants. Front desk staff are welcoming and extremely helpful. The facilities and room are well kept and clean.

Being a larger woman the shower was a little tight to get in and out.

The hotel staff is very kind and available for any problem. The room is very clean. Excellent room service, they clean and tidy thoroughly every morning.

The hotel is located in the city center but is actually far from the popular sites.Very small rooms. The breakfast is exactly the same every day, it is limited and small.

We would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location - safe neighbourhood, with plenty of dining options. Just across the street from Vavin metro station. Rooms are small, but not too small, a standard size for Paris. Clean and comfortable. No noise from the street.

We would not book the breakfast option in the future but use the bakery opposite the hotel. (fresh juice and coffee were excellent - but the croissants, pain au chocolat and crepes were of very poor quality for being Paris)

The location is fine I would suggest have more fresh furit .may add couple of things more .. otherwise it ok service is fine

Very convenient to restaurants, metro, Gare Montparnasse. The staff was very friendly and professional.

We had an ensuite bathroom that was very nice. We had to go down a spiral staircase to access it, which took some getting used to.

This hotel is very well situated on a narrow and quiet street with lots of restaurants, bistros and creperies nearby. Also metro station and bus station are very close. Just a 2 min walk to Jardins du Luxembourg, a boulangerie on the corner, a boucherie opposite to the hotel. The rooms are quite small but very cosy and very clean. But as anyone knows small rooms in Paris are something normal. There is a small bar in the reception and the coffee is free which is very nice. Just enjoyed every moment at the hotel and I highly reccomend it!

I loved that when I spoke French to the staff, they answered me in French. I very much enjoy speaking French, although I am not fluent. But I try! I really appreciated that the staff let me try!!! I love everything about this little boutique hotel!!!!
