Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, welcoming lobby, cute room with a balcony

The cleaning staff opened our door twice with only one knock before we could respond

Handy location close to the metro and it felt like a quiet, clean, safe area. Close to shops and transport but not super busy. Great price for Paris and a nice sized room for one person. Lovely lounge area and friendly staff.

I booked on the day I was staying and I was charged the full price for the night before arrival. I also paid again when I arrived and was later refunded the initial payment (a day or two later). This meant I was without that initial payment for the entirety of my stay. Luckily I had other funds but if you are travelling on a tight budget it's something to bear in mind. I would have just preferred to pay the full amount before arrival and then pay the taxes when I checked in. Also not a fan of the shower curtain that often got stuck to me, but not a major issue.

Very nice, cozy hotel. Clean and fresh aroma in the room. Cozy lobby, lifts. Authentic view from the window on the upper floor - Paris rooftops vibe. Coffee machine with free capsules. Safe box and good wardrobe. Comfortable bad. Perfect location near the metro Place d’Italy with 3 metro lines, bus stop to the center right near the hotel. Not very busy streets. Several restaurants around, bakery, shopping mall. Staff speaks English.

Can be not enough space in the room for big and tall people, but it was ok for us.

Comfortable bed, bath instead of shower, quiet place. Nice entrance hall with chairs, books on shelves and daily newspapers. Also found our luggages, the champagne we had ordered and a water bottle waiting for us in our room after a long walking day. It’s an amazing place with good value for money in Paris.

It was almost perfect but we would have appreciated the cleaning lady removing the champagne bucket, used glasses, empty water bottle and champagne bottle the day after. It was also a bit strange to see breakfast tables ready with knives and spoons but no forks.

Perfect location, clean and tidy rooms, and really helpful and polite staff! There is nothing to complain about, but I definitely can recommend it. Rooms are small, but for people who come like us just to sleep and spend the whole day in the city, you don't need anything more! Had comfortable beds for good sleep to charge bateries for another day full of walking!

Little bit expensive, but it's Paris and on top of that during Olimpics. So I believe that was the main reason for high prices in whole Paris, not only this place! So, I can't judge. Compared to other hotels, this one was one of the cheapest.

The hotel is close to the metro station, shopping mall and only 40 minutes walking to Notre Damme. It was clean, bed was comfortable, there was a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules.

The room was a little small but not too small, ok for a single room. And of course there are way too many things to do in Paris rather than stay at the hotel.

First off, the hotel is as accessible as it gets. It is literally 1 minute walk from Place d’Italie square which has the very important M7 Metro (Pink) Line that lets you get to almost every point of interest in Paris. That also comes with the benefit of transfer from Orly airport really easy too. Secondly, the staff was very, very helpful, both during and pre-stay. The hotel is very clean too, and it has a lot of facilities (bars, boulangeries, markets etc.) at very close proximity. Last off, it is located in a really safe neighbourhood, police station is right across the street, literally. Overall, very good value for money.

Even though there are alternatives for breakfast around the hotel, breakfast of hotel was rather expensive for us. Also, our room didn’t have a mini fridge, which is a little bit of nuisance for those who do not drink tap water (yes, the tap water is drinkable and perfectly safe, we just don’t prefer it).

All around great hotel. The friendly communication before the stay already leaves a good impression. The room was comfortable, very clean, and quiet. Equipments are new and well maintained. The location, while a small distance away from the city center, made it especially quiet and nice, and you can still easily get to the city center with Metro or Bus that are just nearby.

The window of the bathroom could be a little more airtight to keep the bathroom warm.

Tiny but really nice hotel in a town fairly connected to reach any Paris corners! Pleasant stay even though our stay was during renewal working in progress. The staff is kind but not really well prepared to suggest you places and guide you towards Paris but for us is not absolutely an issue.

If I knew about renewal working in progress during the stya, I would have preffered to get a discount fare I would only renew the bathroom a bit better and larger.

The hotel was located in a great area of Paris, near lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. It is within walking distance of many main attractions such as the Notre Dame and the Lourve. There is also a metro station a few minutes walk away. The room was pleasant with a very generous sized bed. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Paris!
