The location was amazing - about 15 mins from central Paris and a local lively atmosphere that was brilliant. Wonderful boulangerie on the corner and some wonderful bistros (we enjoyed Chez Papa’s IPA and crème brûlée). Highly recommend. All staff wonderful and helpful.

Can’t really find any fault with the hotel. They were so good.

I loved the location and the staff. Many important attractions are just in walkable distance. We also enjoyed a nice bakery right on the corner of the street. We had a problem with electricity in our room and thanks to the staff it was fixed quickly. They changed our room within an hour. Anything we asked was nicely provided.

The toiletries are not so good. We had very overdried and itchy skin after using the shower gel. The rooms need a bit of renovation but it wasn’t bad in general

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was bigger than they generally are in paris, the best was the built in closet, which offer lots of space and everything, even our luggage fit in it, so we had room to walk around comfortably in the room. The cleaning lady and the cleanliness overall was exceptional! 10/10 for her! We were traveling with a baby, so eating sometimes in the room got the better of us and we were a bit messier, but the room was always spotless every day after we returned from our strolls around the city. This was a huge bonus for us, that we didn't need to ask for fresh bed linen or a new set of towels, the staff always acted immediatly when we needed something and they helped us. We will definitely return! For our next paris trip, we booked again this hotel. Everything smells so new and fresh thanks to the renovations.

Everything was very nice inside the room. The renovation work they did is gorgeous! We got the superior double room, but the views weren't so nice, we stayed for 8 nights and we only saw the inside court of the building. What we missed and would have appreciated, was a mini fridge, to store some foods/drinks/babyfood etc.

The hotel was clean and a decent size for 2 people. The location was pretty good and yet a little off the busy streets to allow for a quiet place to rest. There was A/C and our room was tidied up each day with fresh towels and a made up bed. There was a bakery and little shop to get water and snacks across the street. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and about a 10 min walk from transport.overall we were comfortable and would stay here again.

The hotel is still under renovation so there were some minor inconveniences, the elevator stopped with us in it, but they were able to get us out pretty quickly, the hot water wasn't working one evening, but was on by the next day.

The room although on a smaller size had everything I needed. Freshly renovated, warm colours and natural tones that are calming and relaxing. The towels were super soft and so was the pillows and thread count of the duvet covers. A great location as it’s a close walk to the central and not far from the Gare du nord. You are also off the busy and chaotic streets of Paris with bakery just across the road including the supermarket. Staff were also very nice at the check in and didn’t make me feel less welcome because I didn’t speak French.

As they are undergoing the renovation there are still areas that require a few touch ups and the reception doesn’t look quite finished. I am sure when it is finished it will be even more beautiful. A thing that was missing is probably the extras you would expect such as the gym or a bit of a wellness area, bar, restaurant etc. not sure if that is underway but regardless there is plenty in Paris to choose from and didn’t really mind. I had booked a standard room that looked like a family room as there was a door to the next room. Unsure if the same size of others but would have preferred if I was told.

The location for this hotel was perfect for us; close to the Place de Clichy metro station and near to several food locations. The hotel is undergoing some construction but this didn't inconvenience us at all and the rooms are very comfortable, we did a twin room and had plenty of room for two people and our luggage. The bathroom had a tub & shower. We didn't take advantage of any services (breakfast, etc) so I can't comment on those, but I would stay here again. Great value and location!

Location is great, 15 mins walk from the train station (where you can go straight to Disneyland), also a 15 mins walk to Galeries Lafayette. Lovely bakery and cafes and corner shops on the streets right outside the hotel. Recently refurbished room & bathroom, loved the pink! Felt safe Staff are very friendly and helpful Hotel is clean This wasn’t my first time staying at the hotel on my travels to Paris and it won’t be my last :) would recommend

Construction when we visited but it didn’t affect our stay and wasn’t noisy - just a heads up though

The location is great, walking distance to 2 metro stations, Liege and Place de Clichy. A lot of restaurants and convenient stores around. Love the bakery just opposite to the hotel. Also, free tea or coffee at the lobby is a bonus, sometimes there were croissants too! The room has everything you need and the bed is sooooo comfortable ! Only 20 minutes walk to Montmarte. Very happy with the stay at this hotel, very reasonable price!

We stayed at a triple room, according to the receptionist, no balcony for all triple rooms. It would be nicer to have a balcony and with better street view.

The staff were lovely and always helpful. The location was great. On a quiet street but in a vibrant area, with easy access by bus, metro or on foot to get around Paris. Our the hotel and our room was very neat and clean. We had breakfast included which we hadn’t expected.

When we arrived we were booked into a room that hadn’t yet been renovated. It was not what I’d seen online when booking and was not what I was expecting so I checked in with the staff and they moved us to a room as soon as they could. The staff handled this really well. It’s just worth noting for people checking the hotel website it says all rooms are renovated, but they haven’t actually all been completed yet.

The staff was very pleasant to deal with and made my stay comfortable. I arrived early and they got me in my room right away which was very unexpected and much appreciated. The rooms are a little older (no electrical outlets next to the bed) but a good size for Europe and comfortable. I couldn't get the air conditioning as cool as I would have liked it because of the limit on it but it was ok. The bathroom was big enough and clean. The WiFi worked good. The location is in walking distance to several Metro stops and in a very good, safe area.

My biggest complaint is that the property next door was very noisy through the wall (my room adjoined the next property), not the hotel's fault. The breakfast was ok but not a lot of choices. I would suggest updating the televisions to smart TVs that can use streaming services, only French TV through antenna was available. The bed was very firm.
