The location was really good. Metro nearby and we could walk to the Louvre. The street on the way to the Louvre had some cozy restaurants. There were lots of places to eat on the main road, a block up, but we preferred more intimate settings.

Rooms are very small, but adequate. Nothing to do with hotel just an FYI: Do not use Uber for pick up or drop/off to train stations. The morning traffic is horrendous, and only taxis can drop you in front of the station. Metro stations do not have elevators or escalators for the most part, and are totally not accessible. Makes transporting luggage very difficult.

Location is the best thing here. One of the main Metro Lines (8 & 9) are in 2 min walk. Gallery Lafayette is nearby and many bars and restaurants. We had a honeymoon and the Hotel gave us better room, we are so grateful for that! Cleaning ladies were coming everyday and that was very comfy.

The facilities (shower, mixer and such things) were out of date and broken. Instead of double bed, we had two twin beds, that was quite uncomfy for a couple. One of the staff (the lady) was very aggressive to everybody. She was talking on a very high voice and didn't gave us 15 minutes extra for the check-out.

The hotel is very close to Metro station and more important to everything that's Cetner in Paris. You can easily walk to any important tourist spot. The room was comfortable and clean and the bed was amazing.

It would be appreciated if the check-in time could be adjusted. Not everyone arrives at 3 PM or later. I don't mind paying extra for an earlier check-in, but having to wait and take a walk without being able to shower is frustrating.

The room was very clean and spacious. We ended up getting upgraded when we checked in and it was a perfect size for me and my mom..All of the staff were some of the sweetest people I have ever met. For any art history buffs, don't forget to fully read the description and learn a little about Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec. This hotel is one of his former homes and they have quite a bit about the history in the lobby. I was very nervous booking a hotel in Paris for the first time because I've heard all of the horror stories about bad hotels but this is the best hotel I could have booked for my first time in Paris. We also had a balcony that I loved to sit and enjoy looking at the views of Paris. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough for anyone who wants to stay in the 2nd arrondissement.

Everything was perfect.

The Location was excellent with only a 20min walk to the Lourve. The staff were so friendly despite being very busy when we arrived to drop off our luggage. The hotel is quaint with narrow corridors and winding stairs and wood beam ceilings. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon worked very well. The water was hot and always available.

The walls are thin so you do hear everything from your neighbours! but look, this is an old building with so much charm so I wouldn't say this was a major negative.

The hotel is is very clean and in a good location. Hot water for shower, bedding and towels changed every day. There is a safe where you can store all your valuables. AC works well and you can leave the big window open if you need some fresh air or breeze. Staff were friendly and helpful and kept my bag in a locker room free of charge after check out which was very nice!

It is a very narrow hotel. Hallways and elevator are extremely narrow so a bit difficult if you have large luggage. The elevator is quite old, moves very slow and crankily but it gets the job done

Everything was perfect to cleanliness and everything. But the cleaners threw my personal things claiming they thought it was a trash. Which makes no sense how can they throw anything which was not in the bin and when i went to the reception they didn’t do anything for me and said sorry. Which is not fair i got gifts for my family back home and it costed and the cleaners threw it

The location was fantastic, literally 10 mins away from galleries layfette, the opera house and hop on hop off bus stop. Metro also close. The hotel staff were great but limited english. The room was OK, good shower, I had bath too and water was always hot. Beds were OK.. i slept well. Had coffee facilities. Soap bit no shampoo etc..it was basic but satisfactory

Outdated, didn't give u the comfy vibe. Could sometimes hear neighbours. Small lifts!!! Like really small. Nothing really to moan about....it's OK and fit our purpose for a cheaper weekend away in central Paris

The room was spacious, the beds comfortable. Quiet, clean, real good choice in Paris. We stayed just 1 night but really enjoyed our stay there: quite nice location in the centre of Paris but at the same time you do not feel being in the noisy centre as the hotel is located on a quiet street just round the corner from the busy quarter.

The walls are not quite thick so you might get sounds from other neibouring rooms but as long as guests are decent, no problem.
