Easy access to metro, to food, to commercial centre. The hotel was very comfortable. Good cleaners, staff, good breakfast. We would love to stay here again.. my kids enjoyed their stay

I arrived after an incredibly long journey, nearly 3 hours late after a Eurostar break down, and didn't expect to find the restaurant still open, but it was. The young staff members were friendly and helpful. Lovely room on the top floor and very good size compared to other Paris hotels I've stayed in. Great bed and shower and fan for a very humid night which meant I slept well.

Location was great! Close to metro. The street was full of restaurants and a lovely farmers market on Saturdays. Breakfast was amazing, so many options. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Very helpful staff particularly after our Uber driver canceled on us. They were prompt to organise alternative transport to airport for us.

The room was perfect for our needs and very comfortable. The hotel's location couldn't have been better, a short and enjoyable walk to the sights of the left bank. I also took a train out of Paris during our stay so it was doubly useful to be so close to Montparnasse station. The breakfasts were really nice.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like.

The location is just perfect . But at the same time - requesting the Mercure team to google map this hotel more better. There are 3 Mercure in same area and the cab guys take time to find this location. The street is just brilliant at night for food options and just sitting out with a drink !

Kept clean , regular room cleaning . Great for families .

Everything about the hotel was brilliant. The staff were all lovely and so helpful (big shout out to Antoni at the front desk - exceptional) and it was terrific value. Location was better than expected and really easy to get around.

Nothing really, everything was spot on.

The room was quite large compared to rooms in Paris. It was very important for me as I came with my mom and her movements are a little bit limited. Also the breakfast was very delicious, not limited. We had eveything we wanted. We came for the Olympics and it was close to the area Arena Sud. There were also cafes and restaurants close to the hotel and the location was very lively.

Bathroom necessities might be a little better and minibar can have some water in it.

Very good size room, Perfectly clean and facilities all in place as expected. Montparnasse is a nice area and plenty of local places to eat drink. There are 3 metro stops closeby that will take you anywhere you need to go in paris all within well under an hour (I would say most touristy places could be reached from here in <40 minutes through walking & metro).

Only problem was the room was quite warm as the AC did not appear to work - nothing that opening the window couldn't solve but the street below is quite noisy even at night, so not ideal.

Fabulous location with a great range of places to eat and drink right on the doorstep. It is just a short walk to the métro and train station too.

The bathroom was dated and the towels are small. Basics, like shower gel, are provided, but there were no nice extras like a shower cap, body lotion, etc.

The hotel was open and clean the staff was friendly even when we spoke in English they recommended places to eat and told us about all the amenities of the hotel. Would definitely stay again !
