Clean, simple and good. Breakfast is good and not complicated. Close to metro station Porte de Montreuil, 2.15 EUR (march 2024) per person per way to go inside the city. Smart move: don’t buy time tickets (daily, weekly…), just buy the single tickets and use just in time. Normally you will be able to decently see not more than 2 attractions per day, which means 4 tickets per person per day (total of 8.60EUR/day) and you are not bound to anything else. To go to Disney, you just pick a metro connection (on Nation station) 5min away from the starting point (Porte de Montreuil), 5 EUR per person per way. There’s also a Carrefour less than 5 minutes by foot.

Actually everything was pretty ok and fair. The local is a bit far from any tourist point, anyway as said you are close to metro. In 30 min you should reach the most you are looking for as a tourist. Even by staying in the centre, you’ll eventually need to get to the metro or bus. On the streets spare stress and keep your money and documents always in the front pocket. Be prepared to hear “No!” when you ask if someone speaks English. French people are to proud to accept they aren’t the center of the world as they once were on napoleon times over 200 years ago. Last but not least, french people are not hostile, they are friendly, respectful and they mostly show willingness to help.

Good price, pleasant staff and clean rooms.

Our room was without remote control. Houskeepeng team left our window open, room was on the ground floor, close to street ! Once we are back in the room we got frozen , and likely nobody stole anything. Coffee machine didnt work, so we called attention and they fixed it right away. We traveled with 2 kids but they forgot to make up one bed with bed linen. We called their attention, but nobody did anything, we made bed for kid by ourself. After first day they made our bed for both kids. Susspisious neighbour, dirty street but that way price is litlle bit lower.

Our room was clean. Beds were comfy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The Hotel itself is lovely and the breakfast was good. If you can see past the outside location. This place was good for the budget we had.

While the location is handy to the metro. It is apparently outside of the Paris City boundary but only by a few metres. This does significantly increase the cost of Uber and Taxi fares - providing they accept the trip. It is also right across the road from a Gypsy market and the rubbish they leave behind isn’t pretty.

The rooms are spacious enough for the family of 3 or 4. We had the room from the side of the garden and for Paris it was rather quiet. The beds were comfortable. We had breakfast in the room. It would be nice to have two additional chairs (there were only two).

The location is not a beautiful one. But it did not feel unsafe (we always came back between 9 and 10 p.m.) and the metro is very close, it is just 3 stations from Nation.

I liked the nice and spacious room, good soundproofing, a bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, a Nespresso machine, and a microwave in the room. The view from the window was good.

I didn’t like the neighborhood — it was sometimes dirty, and there were homeless people living in cars nearby, which didn’t feel very pleasant or safe. Coffee and tea were provided in very limited amounts — only one capsule per person per day. When we asked for two plates, they only gave us one. There were plastic cups instead of real mugs, and no new ones were brought during the stay.

The breakfast was super, different kind of yogurts, cereals and fruits to choose. Also there were couple different bread and croissants. As they are in France cheeses are super. Only thing I was missing maybe is the warm dishes. They basically only had scrambled eggs and you were able to boil your own egg and then there were beans and chicken coop. But there were missing sausages, bacon, meat balls... Hotel is situated little bit off the main attractions, but they have bus stop really near and also Metro station in walking distance once you learned to use them it was easy. Unfortunately the girl in reception wasn't able to help us at all, so maybe little info for them as well. As were to buy the tickets, how to use it etc... Lovely and quite big market next to the hotel in at least Monday morning. Carrefour near by was little bit of disappointment so ended up buying snacks else were.

The hotel is not too far from the centre, 5 mins walk from the metro station and was well run and clean. When we arrived early they were happy to take our bags and look after them until our room was ready. The breakfast in the morning was very nice (especially the fresh bread). The rooms are very spacious, well looked after and the fridge and complimentary coffee is also nice to have. Although the hotel is quite close to a busy road the windows and blinds are very good quality so you don't notice the noise at all from inside the room.

Note - None of this is the hotel's fault or within their control but just worth knowing if you are thinking of visiting. While the location of the location of the hotel is near to the metro station it is not a pretty street and there are quite a lot of young men (selling what appears to be packets of tobacco) around the entrances of the station and the commercial centre. This was a little intimidating for my wife and daughters so something to expect / be aware of if you are travelling alone.

Clean, we had our room cleaned every day and sheets and towels changed daily. The room, the bathroom, the hotel, the breakfast area were very well maintained. Breakfast basic but fresh and good, although was the same every morning ( coffee, tea, jams, nutella, crepes, cheese, salami, some fresh fruits, yoghurt, beans and sausage, orange and apple juice). There is a pretty big Carrefour at 50 metres with fresh food and everything you need. A bottle of water every day, as a gift, left in the ( small) fridge by the cleaning lady. The hotel has private parking, 19 euros at day.

The area is not so great. Dirty , they had a street market almost every day, right in the front of the hotel. The hotel is at 30-40 minutes car drive from main attractions ( Louvre, Eiffel Tower, etc) and the traffic is crazy in Paris. I think there is a metro station nearby but we didn't used it as we went by car. There is a 23 euros by day city tax .
