The bed is really comfy, large with a good mattress. Pillows are nice too. It was very quiet. I didn't have breakfast this time but had their all you-can-eat cold buffet for the 3rd time and it was amazing.

I didn't like that you now have to pay for the shuttle from and to the airport. It is only $5 but there aren't as many shuttles as there used to be. Things were much smoother before they used the services of a private company. It also took some effort to find the shuttle location. The rooms could use a fridge and a microwave, like every basic hotel room in the USA.

Excellent location and nice staff that took care of all our needs for 1 night booking as we were waiting for our connection flight. Outstanding dinner and food quality, which exceeded our expectations. Good hotel room that fit our 4 members family. We got extra coffee for free at the bar and had a very nice breakfast. Airport shuttle service was provided on time., though it was an extra charge of 5euro per person. Anyhow, that was the best value for money that we found on booking for staying close to the airport

The overall stay was great. I booked and paid for two rooms and I only stayed in one. Error on my part, first time traveling to this country. The room and breakfast were a reason to stay again.

I booked one room and paid for two. After reaching out to the hotel on several occasions they refused to cancel the extra room even after calling and emailing to cancel extra room. Being charged for two rooms when I only needed one room is reason to NEVER book here again. When reserving your room make sure if only one person, you change the 2ppl to 1 ppl or you will be charged for two rooms. In the U.S. when you reserve a room and the reservation says 2ppl, you only reserve one room, unless you select another room. I was traveling alone and assumed I was reserving one room. Still awaiting a refund for second room. ??????

First of all, everyone from the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was very helpful, the person taking our dinner order at the bistro also, giving us advice for the right sized meals for our kids, but the biggest WOW we had was the breakfast. Oh-my-god, I always like buffet breakfast, but I didn't expect such a high quality and diversity of food. While some hotels serve frozen food or industrial food at breakfast, in this one everything looked super fresh, even the croissants and pain-au-chocolats were fresh from the bakery, amazing! I am told that Yasmine (the cook) plays a big part in making this magic happen, but the lady and gentleman looking after us on the Sunday morning were amazing too. When I asked him their names so that I could mention them personally in my review, he declined taking personal praise, saying everyone in the staff was doing their best for the guests. WOW!! Oh and the room was great too, comfortable, quiet, we could fit our family of 4 (kids are 10 and 7) thanks to the convertible sofa, which made that room a great value-for-money. I hope we'll be able to stay there again next time we visit Paris.

The pick up and drop off from and back to the airport .so when I landed I was told to stand at the shuttle pickup so I did for 1 hrs until I was told something different and when I got to the main part of the airport I never went inside at first I didn't see Carl's Jr. Later on I walked thur the main part of the airport and than I seen it . The van looked like every other van a d I think if you had the hotels name on it would have made a word of difference. When they handed me my room keys they should have also given me the wifi password and login info.

Staff is very polite and helpful. Front office staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful and similarly others too.

We had paid for the breakfast already for two days but were sent back to the reception to reconfirm. Which was very embarrassing as nobody expect this early morning, when they plan to start the day with a wow in Paris.

Have stayed two times before and this is still a pretty good option for so close to the airport. If you have time make sure you walk through the nearby village of Roissy. It has nice restaurants and small supermarket.

The Navette bus system does NOT operate from Terminal 3 to this hotel. You must catch it from Terminal 2 or 3. We actually found it all pretty confusing from the airport.

The property was as advertised, comfortable for my family and I. It is in a quiet and serene environment, which is very close to CDG Airport this made access to the airport easy. The staff were warm and accommodating providing assistance where necessary. We look forward to another stay at Golden Tulip.

As always, I like the proximity of the hotel to the CDG Airport, and then of course the rooms are comfortable (even though it could do with a little change of carpeting now for the lower level rooms, but I was upgraded to the 5th floor where the rooms have been recently improved I guess). Their TV is exceptionally clear in fact it is one of the attraction of that hotel to me!

Like I mentioned, they could change the carpets that are showing signs of ageing, they should also resume providing the wondeful cookies they use to provide in the rooms and lastly they should provide english channels/stations in their TV offerings or allow guess to be able to watch Netflix, Amazon and other VOD channels. Also they need to improve the WiFi Speed and signal strenght in the 5th Floor!

Food in bar was amazing so was the cocktails. But the best thing about this hotel my daughter left behide a very special gift she got in disneyland and the hotel have been amazing chatting with me and are posting her gift to me I am so grateful as it meant alot to my daughter ❤️
