Brilliant location for a airport stay. Close to the light rail link to the terminals. Very quiet rooms. Unusually they had coffee available in the lobby as well and good coffee making facilities in the room.

The kitchen was obviously going through renovations as the dining room seemed like a small conference room and food came out of microwaves. We ordered club sandwiches which were delivered cold- cold toasted bread unmelted cold cheese etc. we mentioned this to the waiter. To the credit of the waiting staff they deducted the cost of our drinks from the bill. That was not expected but appreciated.

The CDGVAL Shuttle at the airport is great for getting to/from the Mercure - you do have about an 8 minute walk from the Shuttle to the Mercure, much of which is not undercover, so be aware of that in case of bad weather. But the Shuttle works very well - runs frequently and efficiently. The bed in our room was very comfortable, and the room was plenty big enough for us to spread out our luggage and do a final repack before boarding our flight the next day.

The soundproofing between rooms is not very good at all. We had a young child in the room next to us who ran up and down their room all night, and all of the noise came through to our room - whilst the bed was comfy, not much sleep was had.

Clean, easy to access the airport, the pool was lovely for our 3 kids at the end of a long week of traveling. No breakfast included a small pastry or something would have been ideal before leaving for the airport. Small trash bins in the room were left heaping over by us after a week of traveling and organizing we had a lot of trash to get rid of. Easy checkout. Great view of the planes taking off, landing and taxiing that my kids loved.

There are two Mercure locations within a 5 minute distance of each other. We did not know this and got directed to the wrong site. No instructions in room about where the pool is or how to get ice. We had to bring a bag to the bartended and he was less than friendly about the arrangement with my husband. I was quoted 187 euros and paid over 200 when I checked in and was told it was an Olympic tax. I was too tired to argue at that point and just paid. Our toilet was clogged almost immediately when we got there but again we were at the end of the trip and didn't want to deal with it so we just ignored it.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was very quiet even though planes were coming and going.

I had received two emails from Mercure stating that the handicapped accessible room that I had reserved had only one bed and asking if I wanted to add a second bed. Twice I responded "Yes, please." When we arrived at our room, the second bed was not there. The hotel staff was kind. We had to change rooms to one that was not handicap accessible. We managed fine, but I was disappointed that we get what we had asked for in advance.

We came from watching Rolland Garros matches. It was extremely easy to check in. the rooms were spacious and clean. The beds and thermostat were very easy to control and the bathroom was impressively large. Great counterspace, huge shower with adjustable shower head and a gentle overhead setting as well. The TV connected to my netflix easily as well. I also liked the lobby though i did not get to play pool or spend much time there.

I had no complaints. The tram to the airport was easily accessible. There was a detailed map to show how to get there and the staff made the directions very clear. Check out was simple and easy.

Short uber ride approx £8 Euros to hotel located at Airport. Check-in was smooth. Location extremely convenient to CDG. Decent size room with safe, fridge, hairdryer and iron. The beds were very comfortable. Downstairs reception area you have a good seating option, bar and snooker table, vending machines etc Limited options for dinner on evening and breakfast was basic.

This hotel is very very convenient for travellers flying from the airport. There are a number of hotels all in the same area. Using the mini train that travels between terminal 1 2 and 3 this hotel is situated between the terminals. It's a 4 minute walk from the mini train station. Very convenient. Also the gym has one treadmill and 1 bike and a swimming pool which was fantastic after a holiday and prepares one for the flight the next day. The staff were friendly and hotel room was nicely decorated and very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again There was a kettle and a mini fridge in the room also which was great. There is a marks and Spencer shop at one of the terminals so it was very handy to have a cup of tea and food watching tv in the room after a swim

Booked taxi at hotel for early pick up 3am to go to airport. Driver arrived ( not a taxi. Private transport company maybe).I ask if I could pay with card. He said no problem. On arrival at at airport driver said did the hotel tell you it’s 25euro fixed price. No they didn’t.Then says his card machine isn’t working. So I had no cash end up having to go in to the airport getting cash. Driver only had 15 euro in change ( nothing else open at that time in Airport . So a 4 minute taxi ride cost me $35 euros. Maybe not hotel’s fault but could be more coherent. If it is 25 euro flat rate so be it, if it’s cash only so be it. It would of been nice to know. Obviously the hotel use the same taxi service all the time as they booked it for me.

Good breakfast: food range and quality, quiet table, nice atmosphere. Very nice room service food. Quiet night for sleeping.

Dinner service ending before I arrived, so I had to use room service. Not being able to find the hotel initially. Maybe my fault, but no-one that I asked knew about where you are.

Standard airport hotel. Not luxurious but clean and close to the airport. Less than 10-mins walking distance to CDG VAL shuttle. Great for early flight travellers.

There was a crazy loud alarm went off around 1 or 2 a.m. We were confused and worried about what's happening. After 5-10 minutes, there was a hotel staff came to the corridor to tell everyone to go back to their room without any explanation or apologies. No broadcast to reassure guests what's happening. And the loud alarm was finally turned off after another 5 minutes. The hotel staff did not explain or apologize the next day when we check out, like nothing happened. It's very disappointing how a 4-star hotel handled this situation. There should be a better SOP for hotel staff to quickly respond and communicate to guests in such situations. .
