The accommodation is very close to a tram stop and within walking distance to the main Trastevere Station. The room was very clean, with freshly changed bedsheets, and daily room service was provided. we were given fresh towels regularly. The reception lady was exceptionally helpful. for instance, when I asked for recommendations for authentic gelato shops, she not only provided suggestions but also guided me through the entire transport route on her screen. Overall, the staff was very friendly and cooperative. Highly recommended.

its not a biggi but ... if the hotel added a kettle for tea or instant coffee, it would be great. However, the hotel does offer a paid coffee machine on the ground floor.

Stayed here twice while travelling around Italy - super comfortable stay! Secure room, comfy bed, staff were all lovely. Breakfast was also great. Location was fantastic, short walk to train station and so handy having the tram just across the road. Great food places nearby. Loved that there was a laundry business just down the road where I could drop off a bag of laundry and have it washed + folded in a couple of hours for €7! Would definitely stay here again.

We had an issue with our booking ....my mistake.....and the friendly and very efficient manager and his assistant went out of their way to sort the issue.....which they did. Fantastic....setting our minds at ease.....the rooms were comfortable with all that you would expect from a 3 star hotel with a great breakfast and room cleaned every day .....couldn't ask for any more......its pretty centrally located and reasonably priced with some great restuarants behind. You can walk to the pantheon and jewish ghetto, the Tiber etc and bus/train connections to Roma termini etc.very good....all in all a very good experience....

We had a good experience

Very clean room and it seemed to have newer amenities throughout the hotel. The room was large, comfortable, and included a safe to store items like passports. There was a paid breakfast that had many options to choose from. The hotel itself is in a nice part of Trastevere with a bus line right outside the doors making it easy to get into the main city center.

There was one morning where there were many people who seemed to be sick in the breakfast area. They were coughing a lot and near the food. Sneeze guards or perhaps a staff member recommending they move would have been nice.

The cleanliness was good overall, but there were several marks on the walls in different areas that needed to be cleaned further.

Spacious room, very accommodating staff, A/C was amazing!! Great location, with Tram 3 and 8 right outside the hotel and convenience stores and take away food choices very close by. Easy walk with suitcases from/to Trastevere train station which was a big bonus! Easy transport options from hotel to the various sightseeing areas.

Location great. Tram right outside and bus and train very short walk away. Staff is very polite and helpful. Staff called Elizabetta very helpful answered all our questions and gave us information about how to get to the city centre and main attractions. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.
