My wife and I spent 4 nights in Early October at this hotel. What a pleasure! I had spoken to the concierge staff previously from the states to arrange a golf cart tour on the day we arrived and it was ready and waiting for us. Dante was great. Although our room was not ready (we were early) the staff arranged for us to use a room to freshen up and relax until it was. Breakfast was great and the beautiful restaurant on the top floor was especially convenient. When we head back to Rome we will most definitely return to the Bernini Bristol

Amazing location. 10 min walk to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Lots of shopping cafe and other places right next to hotel.

Room was small and frankly the layout was weird so it felt cramped. There was as desk behind the bed. The walls were painted purple and it had a strange vibe. Hotel location is amazing and facilities are nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent but the room was a dealbreaker and won’t stay next time

It was too cold room.

We stayed in a fabulous room with a terrace. Thank you for the upgrade and spotting it was my birthday, even though I hadn’t mentioned it. All the staff were incredibly helpful and found and booked excellent restaurants close to the hotel for our party of 8. The location is perfect as it was easy to walk round the city. Wonderful views from the rooftop bar.

One word - Wow. I was recommended this hotel from a friend who has been to Rome 5 times and said this is the place to stay. This is one special hotel on a number of levels. When we got there the hotel gave us a free upgrade. We was spoilt whilst we was there and made to feel comfortable. The hotel is an ideal base to branch into the city and was an ideal base to come back and relax at night. The views from the rooftop are amazing. This is a modern hotel and I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in better.

Can be a little noisy from the road.

The location was great and within easy walk of many sightseeing attractions. The bar was a great place for a drink with nice nibbles. The rooftop restaurant, Il Vizio was very good.

We asked for large double bed and got two singles. On the second day we had no coffee cups and asked room service to supply but they never came. We were told at check in that breakfast was included so we had a nice buffet breakfast then, on check out, we’re told that certain items we had (eg. Muesli and fruit) were not included and were charged extra. I don’t recall any indication of this distinction until I was required to pay on check out. When dining at Il Vizio restaurant it was annoying to have guests from around the corner at the rooftop bar coming and clogging up the area near where we were dining so they could see the view and the sunset which we had wanted to appreciate by dining there. It seemed to annoy the serving staff also, as their movements were impeded.

Breakfast was ok . Location great . Room fabulous .concierge team very helpful .

The cleaning of the room a little haphazard. Dirty saucers not removed , the make up pads not replenished regularly , did not restock the fridge with beer after consumed over 7 days .

Was ok everything I booked in september my holiday in this hotel room with balcony,but my room no was with balcony Please next time everybody to respect the rules. I paid for room with balcony,but i dont have room with balcony The staff was amazing The breakfast was amazing The romm was clean and wiew was fantastic I will come back soon Thank you very much for everything❤❤❤❤

Spacious rooms, good breakfast, great location, excellent wifi and super friendly staff.

Complicated buttons to operate the lighting. No safety deposit box. Dining options in the hotel is limited.

Staff were excellent… so polite and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

Only one issue… bed was not made up properly one day with undersheet still wrinkled from night before.
