Proper is great location very clean and beautiful Bed is super comfortable. I traveled with my mother who is disabled and she had the best sleep for a hotel bed .

I loved everything about it. Close to all attractions and while there Pope Frances came to the window on November 1st for prayers. I am not very religious but this was actually very moving. I have to say I felt very safe here day and night. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while on holidays. House keeping every day and lovely toiletries for us... A little fridge in room. Coffee machine with free coffee pods. Staff were lovely, I blocked the safe the first day and it was not a problem, sorted immediatly. They were always very pleasent. I would highly recommend Vatican Style

There was honestly nothing I didn't like... There was work going on while we stayed but hand on heart it did not intefere with our amazing stay at all. Staff were apoligetic for the work but as I said it did not bother us at all.

Location was fabulous for accessing anything near the Vatican. Bus, taxi and metro facilities were easily accessible. The room was immaculately clean and included coffee, tea, toiletries and hairdryer. There is no "breakfast room," but there is a very good breakfast option that includes beverages, cereal, yogurt, breads, egg, and meat choices that will delivered to your room based upon what you have requested. The air conditioning was controlled within the room and was very responsive at maintaining temperature. The staff were very accommodating and willing to answer guests' questions.

Evening staff (7-11PM) sometimes used loud voices without considering that some guests may be trying to sleep.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the staff were very kind and helpful, the hot tub in the room was amazing - it was the perfect way to rest after a long day of walking. The room was neat, clean and very tastefully decorated. The coffee was good. There were lots of useful little touches like vanity kits and bath salts. The location is excellent, so close to the Vatican and loads of restaurants and bars. It's a very peaceful area. We absolutely loved our stay and we would only stay here again if we come back to Rome.

There was a beeping sound that went off at regular intervals throughout our entire stay - including at night and this could be heard from our room. It was not very sound-proof. We could hear Reception and anyone moving around outside our room. We didn't have any robes in the room.

I liked the location of the hotel, it is a guest house in a quiet building in a quiet area. the Vatican museum, St peter Basilica and Sistine Chapel were very very close. that was a plus. walking to the metro was long especially if returning at night. the area was very nice, safe because of the police guarding the Vatican. the staff was extremely helpful. they were very responsive to my questions before arriving, they helped me arrange for airport pickup and drop off. Daily breakfast was delivered to our room because there was no designated area for breakfast. there was a form to fill the night before to choose breakfast items and delivery time. The room was super clean, with very modern decor and furniture, Very nice bathroom with toiletries. I asked for a kettle because I don't drink espresso, they provided me with a kettle. we used laundry service, which was very prompt and arrived same day. There were rooms with jaccuzi tub in the room but since I did not preferred that option I asked for a regular room , it came very small with no view. I spent 4 nights and I had to come back for a fifth night, that night they assigned me a large room with a balcony and main street view. make sure to call the property and verify the type of room you are getting, they will do their best to acommodate . the staff suggested couple restaurants , they were really good! overall I enjoyed my stay!!

the room was small, when I asked for a bigger room they said "I asked for a regular room "and did not offer to upgrade me if I dont lie it. but since I spent my days in tours i was fine with it. especially thta the shower and bed were comfy.

room was spacious and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ordinary but the location was excellent especially for us since we wanted to visit Vatican. The staff was friendly and very helpful especially Myra who went out of her way for us. One of the girls helped us carry our small luggages up to the second floor. Worth mentioning are Abby, Regine and Vince. Thank you to all of them

Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was wonderful: clean, well designed and large. The location is very convenient to visit the Vatican.

There was an alarm from another room that woke us up early in the morning and I had to reach out to the staff via message to learn how to turn it off because there is no staff available at the facility at night. This was an inconvenience because it disrupted our sleep. There is no parking but a parking lot nearby for about $40-50 a day.

Despite its unglamorous and inauspicious entrance (having spotted a paper sign stuck to the outside wall at street level to indicate that you have arrived at the hotel, you then have to buzz from outside to be let in and get into a cramped 2-person lift to the 4th floor) the room itself was of a surprisingly high standard with friendly staff on reception, a good-sized bed, great walk-in shower and quiet location. Ideally situated next to the Vatican so that you can join the queue early for the Basilica if you so wish. Good cafes and restaurants also nearby which aren't at all busy in the evenings once the Basilica has closed and the crowds have left. Highly recommended and good value.

Would have liked an English-language TV channel to catch up on the news. There's a small step down from the bathroom into the bedroom which can trip one up, especially in the dark at night.

The location was fantastic, just a few minute walk from the St. Peter's Square. The room was larger than expected, with a jacuzzi bath in the bedroom. The breakfast was normally served in room and had a variety of choices for pre-selection. Even though I had to miss breakfast for a day due to my schedule, the friendly and helpful staff made sure I had some food to eat. I couldn't be happier with my stay.

Location. One block to St Peters , one street to Borgo St Pietro pedestrian street with many restaurants bright room with all you need. Nice staff. Breakfast wheeled into room on a cart.

Not clearly marked outside, We were not sure that we were in right place until we saw a group walk out. this is not a typical hotel with a front desk it is more like a pensione or apartment building. Reception desk on first and fourth floor
