The hotel is super close to metro, train, a small grocery store and a coffee shop. Also not far to the famous food and bar street. The stuff was really helpful and I was lucky that at least one person spoke English and could answer my questions. I also liked the desk and chair so I could work on PC. The room size was ok for one person - I have enough space for my suitcase. The only think I don’t like was the window with no view but the location was for me more important as I stayed there only 2 nights. So I rate 10.

UNIZO Inn Kitahama is a nice hotel with a very budget friendly price. Staffs were super helpful and speak English quite well. We especially love walking around the neighborhood and explored all sort of interesting restaurants around it.

Bed was awful. It was small and extremely soft. My partner and I had minor low back pain during our stay in this hotel. It could be just us, as we are used to harder bed.

In terms of location, it's quit good and easy accessible.

The things that I don't like is cleanliness of bathroom and shoe place, it is because there were fallen white hair and like pubic hair too. Inside the bathroom also there were fallen hair at shampoo holders place, so that I couldn't sit on bathtub after seeing that fallen hair, I suggest please keep attention on cleaning, other things are good.

Key card is required to access floors. Room is small but has everything you need. Good value for money, we booked room w breakfast. Inn was a 5min walk from the subway. Area was relatively quiet

Very good location close to two metro stations. Very clean, quiet, could even book a massage for quite cheap! The breakfast was very convenient with flexible hours, unusual as a western but you get used to it.

Using the washing machine can be tricky but it’s fine after one use. Nothing much to say it was very good.

It might be a thing in Japan but it would have been nicer to be able to check in early(if available of course). We paid extra to be able to check in at 1pm. Also rooms are in general super tiny so if you are a couple and have two suitcases, you will run out of space pretty quick

Decently sized bed and bathroom, especially considering the price. Also easily accessible via metro.

The location could the better and the bed was quite stiff. Also always had to wait for the elevators quite a bit, which seemed a little off, but nothing dramatic.

Very clean and in a very good location. The room was spacious enough and had all that it takes for a good night of sleep.

The lobby is not at all comfortable. Make sure to arrive just in time for check-in so you don't have to wait there.
