Great location - staff really helpful. Rooms were spotless and clean. Loved the local artwork in the rooms.

Great value for money and very clean hotel. Room was slightly bigger than the usual business hotel. Cleaning staff were great! Love how even if you chose no room cleaning, the cleaning staff will leave new towels at your door daily!

Not as close to the metro station as anticipated. No elevator from the metro station to street level and lots of stairs. Not recommended for the elderly or handicapped. Also not the easiest to find initially, luckily some friendly locals showed us to the hotel. About 20-30 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi.

The location was great, subway station very close by to reach most of the tourist destinations, can walk to Dotonbori essentially. The room was very clean and nice, but small (which is common for Japan standards)

Some of the things in the room were not entirely thought through - if it's a double room, then why only one usb slot for charging? It was nice that downstairs was an area with free coffee and tea, but I still wouldn't mind having a water cooker in the room so I don't need to take an elevator every time I want to make some tea. Also, we talked to the staff and found out that they don't work with luggage forwarding, if that's important to anyone else. But it's mostly nitpicks, otherwise the hotel was really nice.

The location is strategic - within a reasonable walking distance to surrounding (convenient stores, amenities, shops, metro stations and etc). Room size is expected small (as described), however some thoughtful settings such as the space under the bed which is super useful to keep the luggages so the space usage is maximised. The common lounge provides free coffee machine and hot/cold/carbonised water with dining and resting area. Overall the hotel is clean and well-maintained. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. I would want to give them a big thumb-up!

The location was a bit far out but very close to the subway station. The cleaning staff did a very good job when we requested clean up service and our stay was comfortable. The hot water always came out straight away which was nice as the weather was really cold. There were many restaurants nearby. Easy to take public transport from this hotel and only about 1 hour away from the Kansai airport.

It took 30 mins to walk to the busy Dotonburi area and lots of stairs in the subway station. (Exit 15 we found was the closest to the hotel). The room was really really small and I think taller people would have a difficult time staying in the room.

This is a no-frills hotel with a laundromat and a restaurant serving buffet breakfast. We liked these extra touches: pjs (changed daily), padded slippers (provided daily), an in-room air purifier and a portable vanity mirror. Having left for Kyoto and returned, we stayed in two different, upper-floor rooms. Both rooms were clean and wifi signal was strong. Location-wise, offices and St. Regis are in the vicinity of the hotel, as are yakitori restaurants, a bakery, 7-Eleven and Family Mart. WBF is under 10 minutes by foot from Hommachi metro station (Midosuji, Chuo and Yotsubashi Lines; Namba is two stops away). Tip: Exit 15 staircase leads to the hotel, or if you have heavy luggage, use Exit 16 (escalators) which is inside a building across the road from Exit 15.

Rooms are rather small (possibly because of the hotel location in a business area) and hardly soundproof (one night, we heard people from the next door talk and laugh heartily). The bathroom sits on a raised platform and I tripped several times upon entering :(

in term of bed sizing. I think its fit only for 1 person , but seem like the room plan to sell for 2 person also. it looks to small for 2 person.

The room whilst small was comfortable. The hotel is located near a freeway but you couldn't tell and was quiet at night. The cleaning was excellent and came everyday. Well located with a 15/20 min walk to Dotonbouri but loads of amazing little restaurants and cafes as well was shopping closer to the hotel. Also very close to station.

The rooms/hotel was really hot and difficult to cool down even with the aircon (even in mid-winter). Bathroom was definitely dated and the door opened into the room causing us to keep opening the door and hitting someone by accident.

Location is good. We can walk through the shopping street easily and also aesy to access subway station. Room and facilities are good. Although there's no convenient store near the hotel, but they provide free coffee/tea, hot water. Other drinks and instant noodle can be purchased at the lobby too.

The room is a bit tight for 2 persons, but managable.

Location was great, just a short walk fromHommachi station. Room's nice and clean and they were very attentive to provide both soft and firm pillows.

Most of the staff are great and friendly, but there was one skinny lady with glasses that just didn't smile and gave off the vibe that we were being a nuisance when we asked for assistance. You're in hospitality, a smile's something free that you can actually provide :)
